Package Not Delivered & Complaint Page Down

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Shree Tirupati Courier.

According to the tracking status for AWB #116800235945, my package arrived at the Godhra branch on July 15, 2026. It has been almost a week, and the parcel has still not been delivered to the provided address.

To make matters worse, I attempted to submit a complaint online, but their complaint page is currently undergoing maintenance and not working. There is a complete lack of support or delivery updates.
