They don’t care

Bought 2 boxes of contact lens at BE-Pharn, Piano,Netanya, while they were on offer of 2+2. When I paid the cashier pointed out that I could take another 2 boxes for free, bur I declined since I needed enough for 2 months only. The following day, within 24 hours, after my eye operation was brought forward, I returned to BE-pharm, Piano, Netanya and requested a refund. After a rude encounter I wrote to BE who replied but it was referred to Shufersal, the holding company. Three weeks later and after phone calls still not received a reply. They need to know that its customers like me and others, who pay their salaries, rents and all other expenses. There are competitors who will now benefit from my business!Poor customer relations!

READ BEFORE BUYING!!! I bought a phone on their website. up to 7 working days to deliver it. Time passed. Spent 5 hours on the phone, 3 hours on the chat and 1 hour sending emails. NEVER recieved a simple answer: where is my product or what happened. They just took my money and are saying I will be updated and called back each day but that's never happen. Funniest answer they gave me: my phone number was wrong.. but when they calll me for selling credit cards, promotions or other stuff is perfectly right... I also called to the "wrong number" to check if they were called, they sent me a screenshot that nobody attempted to communicate. Long story short they have my money, I have no phone and no answer from them saying: your phone is delayed, it's in progress or it won't be delivered. TAKE CARE! it looks like a scam, and if you buy through the internet to save time and headaches you will find yourself in a middle of a non ending chatbots and burocracy.

Very poor service and company. Obviously the employees are not at all motivated to work here. Long waiting in the line, lack of change, the space isnt inviting to a shopping experience.

Overall positive. Sometimes products are out of stock, but I appreciate the quality of support and convenience

I ordered a air conditioner by Supersal 10 weeks ago. I never received it. They told me that they will contact me about it. I’m going back and forth messaging with them but I still didn’t receive any refund. I made a few times orders for groceries too. They send me a list of items they want to send me instead of the items I ordered. If they don’t receive an answer immediately, they send me the items they decided instead. I got caged omega 3 eggs that are extremely expensive and very unhealthy instead of cage free organic eggs I ordered. I had to throw out 160 shekels worth of eggs! I’m sooo disappointed with them!!!!
Update:
I was contacted by a different worker who was very nice and caring. I got credited for the air conditioner. She told me that I will be credited for the eggs too because they couldn’t exchange it before the Chag. I’ll update the review when I’ll see that credit too.

Fulfills its purpose, but it's rare that all products ordered are in stock. Although the customer service is good. About the site - personal lists don't work properly - there's a problem with deleting or adding products to the list, it's not saved and the lists cannot be updated. the searching menu needs more UI improvement; and I think the objects should be spaced - the page looks a bit choked visually. But compared to competitors, the new version looks innovative.
