hidden call out £80

Had a garage door was fitted 3 years ago with a 7 year warranty.
I contacted Shutter Spec Security today to report a fault.
I was informed that there would be a £80 call out charge even though it has 7-year warranty.
I was not informed of this charge when the door was fitted and nowhere in the warranty paperwork does it state a call out charge. I feel I was mislead and taken advantage of when I paid over £1000 for this door
Beware of these rip-off merchants
