Exceptional Customer Service
Michael came to discuss installing plantation blinds at our Victorian terrace. He was enormously patient, taking us carefully through all the various options and listening to our queries. He was highly professional, efficient and personable. We are looking forward to the actual installation and to the peace and quiet that will reign once our blinds are installed.

Excellent
Conducted quite a bit of research before deciding on ShuttersUp to fit and supply our shutters.
We had all the windows done at a price we were very happy with.
Everyone we dealt with were so very helpful and friendly.
The icing on the cake, they look fabulous and certainly adds to the aesthetics of our house.
Would definitely without hesitation recommend ShuttersUP.

closed showroom during working time
just spent 1 hour and 20 minutes to choos shutters in their showroom. It's closed. WhatsApp support has no idea what to say about it. They don't answer if someone will be there today. they just asking to write them or call them. the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. Yours right hand doesn't even know where left hand is. complete shit.

Unfortunately, on this occasion there was an unexpected power cut for us and the local area, which meant we had to ask our showroom staff to work from home while the issue was resolved. We appreciate that this was frustrating, particularly as you had travelled to visit us.
Following your feedback, we have reviewed our communication procedures with our online support team to ensure they are kept informed of any unexpected closures or disruptions in the future, so that customers receive accurate information before making a journey.
Under normal circumstances, and unless there are unforeseen emergency situations, we always have staff available in the showroom during our advertised opening hours.

Both the initial visit and the subsequent survey were conducted by helpful and efficient individuals. The installation took place 16 weeks later as planned , and the fitter was professional and efficient . Installation was in two rooms and all work was completed in half a day. The fitter cleaned the areas that he had worked in and then demonstrated the working of the shutters. They look good and do what we wanted them to do.

Initial surveyors were both very professional and discussed all my requirements in detail. Bradley who fitted the shutters worked to just as high a standard. The two sets of shutters are perfect, very good value for money and we are delighted with the whole project from start to finish

The salesperson brilliant, shutters not so much.
The salesperson was brilliant, however my understanding was the shutters would provide full blockout with noise reduction. This was an important factor in my request as my husband has insomnia.
Regrettably this is not the case.
I still need to put a black out sheet behind the shutters, which is inconvenient to do every day.
