I do not recommend
I do not recommend this health insurance provider. My experience was overall disappointing, mainly due to what appeared to be a rather disorganized customer service.
The administrative management, particularly for certain requests of my employees, lacked clarity.
The contract termination process was also long and quite tedious, requiring several exchanges for before it was finally processed and took months to end.
This is unfortunate, as a health insurance provider should offer simplicity and proper support to companies. I hope the organization and case management can be improved in the future.
