Avoid, avoid and avoid. These people are scammers, they're just after your money. You will never see your product after weeks of waiting and you will never hear from them.

This company is a joke. I was trying to buy a zelex doll. So I decided to call them twice. There was no answer either time. I left messages both times I called. I waited 2 days no response. Now I am emailing now, I did twice. I waited 2 more days no response. So I emailed them back telling them this is a red flag ,that I needed to look elsewhere. Brian emailed me back right away, saying good luck. The doll I wanted was cheap , saying the paint is simi paint so the paint will come off. So I emailed him back saying now you answer. He emailed me back telling me to get lost and that I was a perv and a loser. I am like wow at this point. All I wanted was a doll. I would be careful with this company. Brian is not a nice guy at all. I was disrespected for no reason at all. I don't think I am going to buy a doll now too risky for me.

Omega is my second doll from SSW. I bought her based on the pics on the SSW site. She looked really good and I wanted her, so I placed my order. She had large breasts, taking a K cup, and a big ass - very different from my first doll who was more petite. I waited around 6 weeks, getting promises from the delivery agent that she would be delivered that day. After 4 such promises, she arrived. Boy, was the package heavy!
My first doll was all silicone, but Omega was made of TPE. She's much more realistic, and I simply cannot tell of any difference between her flesh & skin and that of a human. Omega was delivered to me straight fom China without going through SSW for checks etc.
I needn't have worried, as she was perfect!
Who would want a human female when you can have the best?

I bought a head from ssw which was delivered promptly but was shipped directly to me rather than to their warehouse. I then received a text from FedEx asking for import fees which are supposed to be covered by ssw. The contact number is now invalid.
Update -
I received an email from Andy Phelps asking me to pay the fees to FedEx and then to send him the invoice for refund.

I forgot to say in the original post that I am completely happy with the doll head. There are definitely issued with the company's website and the 24/7 customer service needs improving but the actual time from order to receipt was very good.

I write my comment just because is the 4th time that you ask me for it.If I show you an article (whit the price) and I ask if you can give me a better price, you probably think that I'm a bit stupid and that i don't know the difference from £ and €.
I've preferred that you simply ask me: sorry, we can't offer you this at a low price.

Great to know that the product is examined in this country for faults and securely packed up again before being shipped to me unlike most, if not all, others who ship directly from China relying on customs to repack it after examination not necessarily securely. The Irontec 155 Vick is in my opinion very attractive and realistic in its proportions were many others fail. Only purchased for decorative/photo purposes so unable to offer further opinions as to its use.
