Gary provided excellent service

Gary provided excellent service! He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the whole experience. He made the buying process easy and pleasant, and took the time to educate us about different gold bars and coins, including the options that suited our needs.

Endless moving goalposts and disproportionate hurdles, but finally a solution was found

While sticking to my comment below and still complaining about how complicated and inefficient the verification process is, even for long-time customers like me, I am glad that today the account review could be completed. So in the end, still a lot of time involved and some trouble, but now everything should be fine.

Unlike competitors such as BullionVault or BullionStar, Silver Bullion makes accessing my own funds incredibly difficult through a series of constantly shifting requirements. Demands that were not necessary at account opening are now being enforced retrospectively with zero flexibility.

Every time one task is completed, a new, more complicated one follows immediately. This creates enormous administrative effort and unnecessary costs for the customer. While buying was easy, just keeping the account "valid" has turned into a weeks-long ordeal of bureaucratic obstruction. The lack of customer orientation is shocking. Avoid if you value straightforward access to your assets.
