It’s not a game you can play without purchasing loot boxes. The default start without buying any packages doesn’t have enough simcash to allow you expand and constant crises are designed to pressure you to purchase loots. Avoid at any cost
After I made an in-app purchase, the reward did not arrive. after many messages back and forth with customer service I still haven't got my money back because I don't have a desktop I can't deliver all the files in the way they want, so I did it a different way but I still have the images they want. There is no flexibility in customer service! So think carefully before you make a purchase because getting your money back is difficult! I won't BUY anything else until I get my money back!
