Disreputable company— do not touch with…

Disreputable company— do not touch with a barge pole. I took out a trial subscription with several companies to review functionality and forgot to cancel due to being trapped in a war zone. Similarweb was the only company that refused to refund me. Absolutely atrocious. Lost more than £700.

Bogus Charge

A complete scam. Really nice for them to offer you a free-trial subscription and then charge your card with a bogus payment service on an unrecognizable charge.

Update: Refund has been processed. Still not happy about the whole situation, but they did right by me at the end.
