Poor customer service

Really no star. Online purchase which I cancelled the same day. Refund was issued, however, week or so later I received the $198 Product which I had cancelled. I emailed and asked what address I should send the product back to. Cost postage of $20, but they refused to reimburse me. Poor customer service.

I placed an order with Simple Promise…

I placed an order with Simple Promise as the reviews on the product advertised were quite positive and they provided a 365 day full satisfaction warranty
Hence I placed an order for 9 bottles The service contacted me to see how I was getting on I mentioned I just started using product could not list any benefits as yet
After a while the product had manifested in some side effects I contacted them explained the issues and the team were extremely helpful conducted a review apologised for the issues and refunded the full £200 told me I need not bother returning the bottles I had packed ready to return I cannot fault this Company customer service at all

I ordered Xitox deep cleansing foot…

I ordered Xitox deep cleansing foot pads. I tried the one night & woke up to black foot pads. But the smell of pads smelled familiar. So I went online to Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic etc…only to find out companies put wood vinegar ( which I then realized that was the familiar smell-Mesquite) in pads & if you spray water on pads-it would yield same results. So next night I sprinkled water on on foot pad, covered it up & in the morning it was black. It looked & smelled exactly the same. So Mayo Clinic was correct. And foot pads turned a is not detoxing my body while I sleep!!

False and Misleading Information

I am reporting false adverting in their ad for Paradoxill. The ad said the product was tested by a doctor at the University of Washington DC hospital. I live in Washington, DC, know the school and there is no hospital. It's the University of the District of Columbia (UDC).The school mostly functions as a community college but there is not and never was a hospital associated with it. Simple Promise is misleading.

Very fast response The previous container…

VENOPLUS8 The previous container that the VENOPLUS8 was in, made it difficult to scoop out the product. Was no room for your fingers while holding the scoop so couldn't scoop it out hardly. I complained to a representative, who was genuinely concerned about that. Needless to say I ordered 15 more and to my surprise when my order arrived, they were in shorter round wide containers. Now that was a quick fix indeed, Thank You Simple Promise!

Don't trust their billing procedures.

I ordered three bottles of Levitox. My online bill showed $117.00. When the order arrived, there were six bottles of Levitox and I was billed another $117.00. I sent back three bottles which cost me $16.02 in postage. They did refund the $117.00 but refused to compensate me for the $16.02 postage which was THEIR ERROR, NOT MINE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wished I would have read reviews first before purchasing Xitox

REgarding: order ID 3TL40149K17606505 I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing this product. I bought 3 months worth of Xitox on April 22nd and I just finished the last package on July 10th following the instructions to the letter all 3 months. I guess I did not understand that these footpads would ONLY make me feel refreshed and calmer. I am already a calm person so I don't think I feel any more calm. Maybe a little bit refreshed, but not worth $147 for 3 months of pads on my feet at nite that did very little.

Run!!

Order number: 6BR88711LF8591536 on the 8/06/2024 for some reason the date of incident part earlier wouldn't let me enter the correct date so I just chose the date closest to get to here but you guys know this here is the real date my purchase of not 1, not 2 but 3 maybe 4, I threw them out but I still have photos of them. It's called Electroslim. I know it's past my request a return date but I couldn't get anyone on the phone to help me and I just found the confirmation emails from them. Imagine lemon powerade powder. What a waste of money that I didn't have!!

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. They added more products to my order and would not allow me to change, cancel, or get a refund on the order. I communicated with multiple people in customer support. They will do and say anything
to not return your money! I ordered the product on February 17th and have been in communication with them until I finally got fed up with the fast shuffle. They market multiple products. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Run! Simple Promise is a scam!! Should be called complex B.S

Run!! No joke. I bought from the internet after a pop up appeared about a woman being detained by customs because they did not believe that she was the person that was in the photo. Story goes, the daughter who studies in pharmaceuticals, saw how her mum had devoted her whole life to raising her blah blah blah teary eyed, really captures the fact that she made this product to give you your youth back, to the point that customs doesn't let you in because of looking like the daughter or granddaughter of the woman in the passport photo and not her. Apparently the daughter created this out of love for her mum and not for profit but she wanted to help us normal depressed, desperate to flatten that tummy, bedsides, she made it for her own mum and her mum obviously experienced life changing money. For a small price of, or was something in the $100's. They delivered it with no paperwork, I couldn't even complain or know who to contact but this was last year or the year before, I'm over it till I am just spring cleaning now and saw the stash (to embarrassed to let my partner know that I was screwed over, beautifully and so naive and desperate with full of unopened containers and it. Breaks my heart, how these people get away with this. Now with AI apps, anyone can be a reliable seller, have AI made endorsements or stories made to tug on our hopes, dreams, future, security. They say AI is progress, I'm not so sure. Robots evolve to with our without our help. They'd be top of the food chain above humans. Point being, don't fall for them I also purchased an promotional product called Idrotherapy. I didn't bother pursuing either products because I know it's pointless because I'm even doubting the genuine type some of these reviews for other products, that I know don't work for a fact.
