If Simplicity Cremations use a lady on the t.v. ad. who can't even use the correct word , how can I trust the company? She says ' crematoriun' instead of ' crematorium'....!!!! Has no-one else noticed this? It's not good enough.

Tried to call them because I find their advert e.g singing about cremations abhorrent. They never answer their phone

The service was a blessing. It really helped make things easy when it came to the logistics emotionally the staff were kind polite. And went above and beyond. they dealt with everything with dignity and respect honestly cannot say how wonderful enough this company is and the staff were utterly amazing extremely supportive.
