Simply terrible!
I waited over a month for my wardrobes and paid £500 for them and they lasted .... wait for it...one week! Yes, seriously! I came home after a week and one of the sliding cupboard doors had fallen off its hinge. Needless to say, I had paid or the fitting service (dust and messy carpets for me to clear up seemed to be part of the service they offer!)
When I rang for repair, I was told they couldn't guarantee it would not happen gain and would come and collect it. After waiting 2 hours for the privilege of having dust and messy carpets again, I as accused of breaking the cupboard even though the house had been empty and I had been at work all day. When objecting, I was told "I don't care, I just do my job" and (to add insult to injury) told I should have covered my floor and carpets if I didn't want a mess!
Amazing! Right from the sleazy guy in the showroom who seemed to think my name was "love" / "darling" from the outset to the messy recalcitrant and tardy assemblers, this company is a nightmare.
If you want to deal with a bunch of clowns, go to a circus. Cheaper - and less messy!
Let's hope they actually reimburse me.
Come back Ikea, all is forgiven!
