We recently had our loft converted and are absolutely delighted with the result. From the very first meeting with Seb, who took the time to explain all the options and answer our questions, we felt confident we had chosen the right company. He was knowledgeable, professional, and never made us feel pressured at any stage.
Throughout the project, Marius was our project manager. He kept everything running smoothly, communicated clearly, and ensured the work was completed to a very high standard. Marius’s team was very good, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work, which really showed in the final finish.

I initially came across Simply Easy Refurbs (SER) online and followed their work for some time before my project reached the right stage. When I was ready to proceed, they were one of three companies I invited to quote.
From the outset, SER stood out for their efficiency, professionalism and clear understanding of the brief. As part of my due diligence, I spoke with three of their previous clients, all of whom gave strong, consistent feedback. Brilliant execution
We had a very good experience with Simply Easy Refurbs, the communication was always on point whether email, what's app or telephone. The dedicated what's app group is a great platform to check on the progress, share ideas visually etc. We had a good working relationship with all the team but especially with Tomas, our design was executed to a very high standard. All the works carried out was highly professional, done to a high standard and good quality materials were used. All the tradesmen involved worked exceptionally hard sometimes staying later than expected just to get the job done!

High standards - delighted with the final outcome
We recently completed a loft conversion and are absolutely delighted with the final result. The construction team were professional, organised, and clearly highly skilled in their work.
The standard of workmanship throughout was excellent. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the build, from the structural elements to the finishing touches. The quality of the materials and the care taken during installation have created a beautiful new space that has transformed our home.
At first we were given unrealistic time frames but the on-site team were reliable, courteous, and maintained a high standard of work at all times. Their professionalism and commitment to delivering a quality finish was evident. Once simply easy had completed their part, they gave us the contact details of a carpentry team who were excellent. They decorated both our loft space and our hall, stairs and landing.
Overall, we’re very pleased with the outcome and would recommend the team for the high standard of construction and the quality of the finished loft conversion.

Really pleased with our extension
We went through SimplyEasy Refurbs to do a ground-floor rear extension on our terraced property in south London. The team of builders they assigned to us were excellent and highly professional. All the work was completed to a very high standard and we are really pleased with the result. Also, the project was completed more or less on time. The only thing that could haven been improved was more communication and input from SimplyEasy Refurbs themselves. Luckily we didn't have any major issues to contact them about, but it would have been good to have some more proactive check-ins from them.

Loft Conversion and First Floor Alterations
SimplyEasy Refurbs and ICS recently converted our loft into a bedroom and bathroom, reconfigured two first-floor rooms, replaced the ground-floor stairs, and built a porch.
The loft conversion was excellent. Fast, focused, and clearly within their expertise. The quality and efficiency stood out.
The rest of the project was more mixed. Ground-floor works suffered delays due to unreliable trades, requiring more hands-on coordination from us. All trades were friendly and professional, though not always punctual.
The project ran about six weeks longer than planned. Communication and scheduling could have been tighter, though some delays were due to merchants missing delivery dates, which disrupted momentum.
Final completion took a bit longer than we'd hoped, but building control sign-off was achieved first time round, without any comments. It represents their knowledge of local building regulations and performing the work to the necessary standards.
Pricing was competitive and they honored the original quote. However, more upfront detail would help have helped for instance, we requested some upgrades from day 1 and it was "Something to discuss it directly with the Project Manager at the time", this made it hard to gauge cost differences from the start. It does mean the “lump-sum” price wasn’t fully transparent.
Extras were always discussed and agreed, except once when unapproved roofing works were done, although we reached a fair resolution.
We’d recommend them, especially for loft conversions where they truly excel. With stronger site project management and trade reliability, they could easily become a 5-star design and build firm.

Fantastic loft conversion
SimplyEasy Refurbs and ICS recently converted our loft into a bedroom. We couldn’t be happier with the end result, and the work has been done to a very high standard.
Whilst it was ultimately a positive experience, it was a huge undertaking in terms of day to day disruption, and the level of involvement needed from us to keep the work on track. We were particularly impressed with the structure team, who were always punctual, friendly and despite access issues they managed to complete all structural work in less than two weeks which got the project off to a great start.
It did slow down a bit after that and the project took a month longer than expected. Some trades were less reliable than others and scheduling and communication could have been better which got frustrating at times.
Following completion it took a few months to get the project fully closed out (e.g. snags, building control sign off) but we got there in the end.
Their price was competitive and they stuck to their original quote. Any additional costs were made clear at the beginning and were agreed beforehand.
Overall, we would recommend them, but there is room for improvement to be a 5* design and build company.

Great builders!
Emma and Sebastian are great communicators. They work with the team from IC Constructions and Stas was our project manager, who was also always very responsive. Our constructions went very smooth and we have had no problems or issues since we finished more than 3 months ago. The builders worked very efficiently and tidied up after themselves. We had a few times where we had further questions, changes to the plans, or wanted things done differently, naturally, and Stas and his team were always fair in negotiating, listening, making suggestions and accommodating our wishes. A company you can trust
I'm glad to have chosen Simply Easy Refurbs (SER) to lead on my loft conversion. I received a clear and competitive quote, as well as the guarantee that SER would have acted as guarantor for issue resolution as the job was performed by a sub-contractor company.
As always happens in construction, issues are around the corner, and this needs to be accepted by whoever decides to take on with renovation works. The thing I liked about SER is that they did work in a proactive and positive way to resolve issues flagged with them.
The final result is great. The loft was built at high quality standards with attention to details, and the 10 years warranty gives me peace of mind.

Loft Conversion
Where to start! Thanks Sebastian, Minde, Tomas, Lile, Giedre and all the team that worked on our project. The team set up a WhatsApp group which proved amazing as we were all aware of what was happening every step of the way. If you don't have plans in place, get these guys to do them. Much better service than anywhere else. The builders who did the frame work, the roofers, carpenters, electrician, plumbers, plaster etc., were all so professional, clean, tidy and worked very hard. Any issues were addressed straight away. We could not be happier with the outcome which turned out to be a double bedroom on suite and an extra room for my office. I cannot fault any of the work.
