# ⭐ 1 Star
# ⭐ 1 Star – Complete Waste of Money! 250 Credits Gone in Just 10 Hours!
I purchased Sintra AI's one-month subscription just to try it out and see how much it could actually help me with my business.
**What a HUGE disappointment!**
Within approximately **10 hours, all 250 of my credits were gone (0/250)**, and I had absolutely nothing completed to show for it!
I spent my time trying to get things set up and working, only to run out of credits before accomplishing what I subscribed to do. I ended up having to go right back to ChatGPT to finish the work that Sintra AI left unfinished.
Now I'm stuck with a monthly subscription that I can't use because I've already exhausted my credits in less than a day!
**How is this supposed to be a monthly service when 250 credits can disappear in just a few hours?**
I paid for a full month expecting to actually be able to use the service throughout that month, not run out of credits almost immediately while trying to get things done.
I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed. I feel like I've wasted both my money and my time. I'm now looking into how to request a refund because this experience was nowhere near worth what I paid.
In my opinion, **this service isn't even worth $10 a month** if you can burn through your entire credit allowance before completing anything useful.
If Trustpilot allowed negative ratings, **I'd give Sintra AI minus -20 stars!**
**My advice: Think twice before spending your money on Sintra AI. Make sure you understand how quickly those credits can disappear before subscribing.**
Invoice history
Oct 31, 2026 - refund requested on November 1, 2026.
**Rating: 1/5 stars — Extremely disappointed.**

Artificial Unitelligance
**Title: The Ultimate Example of Artificial Unintelligence!**
I recently signed up for Sintra AI and paid $98.99 Canadian using my credit card. Unfortunately, I made a simple typing error when entering my email address. I hit the M key instead of the N key, which happens to be right beside it on a QWERTY keyboard.
As a result, I couldn't receive the email verification code needed to access the product I'd just paid for.
I contacted customer support immediately, explained what happened and asked them to correct the email address.
Their answer? Sorry, we can't change it without verifying your identity.
Fair enough. I understand security and the need to protect customer accounts.
But here's where things get interesting.
According to support, the only acceptable verification is a bank or credit card statement showing the transaction. I don't access that card account online, so my next statement won't arrive for approximately 30 days.
Meanwhile, my credit card charges 27% annual interest on new purchases, beginning immediately. So I'm paying interest on a product I cannot even access.
Their solution? Request a refund and wait for my money.
But hang on. If they cannot verify that I'm the account owner, how can they accept my authorization to cancel the purchase and issue a refund?
And here's the ultimate example of Artificial Unintelligence.
**Sintra already has my cell phone number and has actually sent me a verification code by text message!**
Apparently, they can use my phone number to send verification codes but can't consider it as part of an alternative process to verify my purchase.
And just to make things even more interesting, I asked another AI company to do a quick internet search on me. Within seconds, it produced an extensive profile, complete with photographs, more than 20 years of documented history, newspaper articles, municipal government records, business activities and references from multiple independent publications.
I even sent that information to Sintra to demonstrate just how much information is publicly available to help establish who I am.
**I also sent them an actual photograph of myself with the credit card I used to make the purchase. So they've been provided with a photograph of the person claiming the account, the payment card used, extensive independent public information and a cell phone number to which they've already sent a verification code.**
Now, before anyone points it out, yes, I understand that finding photographs and public records about someone doesn't prove that the person contacting you is actually that individual. But combined with the credit card transaction, my payment details, my cell phone number and a secure verification process, surely there must be some reasonable alternative worth considering.
I wasn't asking them to ignore security. I was asking them to find a reasonable solution to a one-letter typing mistake.
I paid for an AI product, and the company selling it apparently cannot come up with an intelligent solution to a very ordinary customer problem. What's even more frustrating is that Sintra's own help information recognizes incorrectly entered email addresses as a common problem, yet the only solution support has offered me requires waiting for a bank statement.
At this point, it's become a matter of principle.
**I don't want a refund. I want access to what I paid for.**

The product didn't deliver as promised
The product didn't deliver as promised, but they kept $1000. They claim they only have a 14-day refund policy, but it takes more than that to figure out that the AI is loaded with bad memory and makes the same mistake over and over, regardless of the many constant reminders and prompts in its memory.
After spending $1,000 and getting $30+ something back is a total joke. Avoid at all costs and find something else.

The “credits “ will be eaten up in a matter of a few hours ! Transparent issues of how much this will cost you is crazy !
I am a small solo healthcare consulting company and have upgraded already to 600 credits ( plus 100 free ) ….well after 15 minutes of trying to complete last weeks tasks I was completely out of credits AGAIN ! The renewal date for my “
New load of credits “ November 11 !!!!
I’ve been on SINTRA less than 3 weeks but most likely cancelling and
Moving to a more inclusive rate AI experience . It has cost me over $500.00 this far and feel as though I’ve been taken advantage of and used !
Look into the costs , read reviews before you join ….obviously I did not and regret it.
The AI component and assistants they offer (bots ) are great but Ai is becoming more inclusive by the day and utilizing “à la carte “ point system is going to be antiquated and users will revolt .
Do your research ….

This is not Sintra that it was 1-2 years ago. Nothing works normal anymore and it makes me exausted to try to make it work. I loved working with it, but trying to make it faster and better you did wrong. Nothing creative can be done, just some random automations that nobody needs actually.

Unbelievably expensive
Unbelievably expensive. Burns through credits so fast. For me it burned through a whole month of credits in a few hours and didn't even do the work properly. I can run chatGPT get much better results and use it all month for a tiny fraction of the price sintra charges. I don't understand how they're going to maintain this business model and be successful. I mentioned this to them and they just gave me some credits but those credits were gone after 2 hours of use. Total unusable ripoff.

Great at first (years ago) big waste of money and time now
When they came out I was one of the first to use them. Had calls with product team because they wantedy input based on my usage amount.
It was great and helped out a lot. That changed over the past year. They changed their pricing model to a set number of credits. Like other AI tools that also set different levels in chat for the amount of work and detail. Now unlike the others who set it at the lowest level they have set it to a level that burns 3X the credits per question or answer.
At the base level of 250 credits you will burn that in days if not paying attention.
For the automation part it is a waste of time. The amount of work you need to do to make sure they don't mess up is not worth it.
There are way better tools out there. For example, with a free tool that reset credits every 5 hours I was able to get more done in two weeks than if I used Sintra it would have cost me over $200.00.

Extremely Disappointing Experience! Disappearing Credits, Confusing Billing, and Terrible Customer Support
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Disappearing Credits, Confusing Billing, and Terrible Customer Support**
I would absolutely NOT recommend Sintra AI.
My experience with this platform has been extremely frustrating, especially because of their complicated credit system, how quickly credits disappear, and the complete lack of meaningful customer support.
The platform has so much fine print and so many complicated rules around credit usage that it is extremely difficult to understand what you are actually paying for or how your credits are being used.
I became so frustrated with my credits constantly running out that I cleaned up my entire account. I reduced my usage to: ONE AI helper performing ONE task, ONCE a week, posting social media content to ONE platform!
That is minimal usage by any reasonable standard.
Yet, somehow, my credits were still gone within approximately two weeks!
How is that even possible?
I've contacted customer support repeatedly, asking for an explanation of where my credits are going. Instead of getting real answers or meaningful help, I've either received generic, canned AI responses or no response at all.
On one occasion, they gave me 80 bonus credits, which disappeared so quickly that the gesture was practically useless.
I have emailed support again and again, including today, and I am still waiting for someone to properly investigate what is happening.
*My biggest concern is the lack of transparency. When customers are paying for a service, they should be able to clearly understand how their credits are being consumed, why they are disappearing, and what they are actually getting for their money.
In my experience, the credit system is designed to encourage customers to purchase additional credits, even when they are barely using the platform. I cannot know whether that is intentional, but the experience has certainly left me questioning the company's business practices.
And when something goes wrong, good luck getting meaningful human support.
I purchased this service expecting it to make my life easier, save me time, and help automate simple tasks. Instead, it has created frustration, wasted my time, and left me feeling that I cannot trust the platform or its credit system.
*My advice? Think very carefully before spending your money on Sintra AI. Make sure you understand exactly how their credit system works and what happens when your credits run out.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform, and I certainly would not purchase additional credits without a clear explanation of what happened to my existing credits. And when you have problems, you just get excuses and garbled instructions that are impossible to follow. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Very frustrating with the credits…
Very frustrating with the credits scheme. I pay a yearly subscription. get 250 token per month and burn through them in 3 days.
This is typically with using the app for 3-4hours each day. And this is set to the lowest credit usage they allow. Just so poor and have transfered to Google Ai Studio. Pity as it's good when you can actually use it!
I'm a small business with one employee, myself. I just can't understand why the credits as so limited. Very frustrating.

I have asked four times to be contacted by phone. They do not provide a customer service phone number which will not allow me to explain that someone impersonated me and signed up for their service without my knowledge or consent. This company has horrible customer service.

I bought Sintra because it’s marketed…
I bought Sintra because it’s marketed as an “all‑in‑one” app — but in my experience that’s not true.
The biggest issue is the image generator: it cannot reliably produce correct English text. Any time I tried to create poster-style graphics with wording on them, the text came out wrong (misspellings/garbled letters). When I raised this, I was told the workaround is to generate the poster without text, then leave Sintra and use another app like Canva or Photoshop to add the text correctly.
That defeats the entire reason I paid for Sintra. If I still need other software to finish basic marketing assets properly, then it isn’t “one app” — and the advertising feels misleading.
On top of that, the helpers repeatedly produced AI-generated images for my TV installation content that looked fake, even after I’d told them many times not to use artificial images for installs. It’s exhausting having to correct the same thing over and over.
Overall, the software has been a terrible experience for me, and I want other customers to know these limitations before they waste their money.

A company that thinks nothing about keeping your money
I emailed for help and received a reply from your AI. You make it very hard to request a refund. Here is a copy of what I said in my email. I started using Sintra on October 3, 2027, and was surprised to learn that you require monthly credits to access this AI. The cost of buying these credits is very expensive, and nowhere on the sign-up pages does it state that there are limits to what you can do.
I also noticed that they pay individuals to give them a 4- or 5-star rating to keep their star rating high.
I canceled my subscription and am requesting a full refund.
Please note that upgrading a subscription means purchasing additional credit on the existing Sintra X subscription. We have refunded your Sintra X subscription. Your refund will reach you within 5-10 business days, and your subscription is canceled. Increasing your monthly credit allowance is considered a credit top-up. As we do not offer one-time credit purchases, the way to obtain additional credits is by upgrading your subscription, for example, to Sintra 300, which provides a recurring credit top-up to increase your monthly credits.
I have filed a complaint with the FTC about this company. I recommend that anyone else who's had problems with them file complaints with the FTC to, in my opinion, help stop this fraudulent company.

HeadliLifetime Deal Bait & Switchne
I paid $200 USD for a lifetime membership to Sintra. They have now rebranded to "Sintra X" and are demanding a monthly subscription to use the platform I already paid for. Support refuses to honor the original terms of sale. Do not buy this. They will take your money for a "lifetime" deal and then lock your account a year later. I have my original receipt and proof of purchase.

Read the Trustpilot warning before you pay for Sintra AI
Title:
WARNING: Trustpilot is displaying a notice that Sintra has been offering incentives for reviews. That is a serious credibility problem. I would not take the glowing reviews at face value—especially when my own experience was this bad.
Sintra sold me the promise of AI helpers that would take work off my hands. Instead, I got an app I had to babysit.
Connecting my social media became a frustrating loop that repeatedly locked me out. The helpers sat unassigned or did nothing. I kept checking, correcting, and telling them what to do. If I have to supervise every step, it isn’t helping me—it’s creating another job.
I paid for less work and got more stress. The subscription kept charging while I struggled to get the product to do what it was supposed to do. That felt like a subscription trap.
I regret buying it. Think twice before you pay. In my experience, Sintra AI did not deliver the help its sales pitch promised.
