Ordered a pair of heeleys for daughters…

Ordered a pair of heeleys for daughters birthday....2 weeks on still haven't received these. Daughter's birthday come and gone. Skates.co.uk will not send out replacement or issue a refund and instead I am having to wait 15 working days for DHL to investigate. This is poor customer service. The delivery company have obviously lost the parcel. This should be between skates.co.uk and DHL but instead I am being messed about and are over £55 down and my daughter has no heeleys. AI customer service messages. Won't order from this company again.

A company not to be trusted

I placed an order in good faith for a scooter for my sons 7th birthday. What arrived was a box that had been soaked, destroyed, and then put back together with sellotape, and it didn’t even contain the correct item.
Upon complaining, I received a “partial refund” for the item, but this didn’t include the shipping fee. Multiple attempts to contact the company have been ignored by them.
A sour experience that I shall never repeat.
