What a complete failure of an…

What a complete failure of an experience. After the Transformers Kickstarter was fully funded, my order was not fulfilled. When I started to dig into it 3 months ago, I was told it was taken care of. Fast forward to now, 10 weeks of back and forth with their “Customer service” sending me the same message copy and pasted over and over again. I’ve had to start the process with my CC to charge back the money for any type of resolution. While I’m sure the product is fantastic, if you are unlucky enough to have an issue, you are SoL. Avoid this company like the plague.

Terrible Customer Service.

They have been terrible with resolving issues. I purchased the collectors edition of Invincible VS, put in hours to build up my level. One day out of nowhere, all my progress is gone. Back to 0. All the unlockables were no longer available. It’s been a little over a month since I reported this issue to customer service, and to this day, no solution and they stopped responding.

Do not ship product or provide any sort of customer support with delivery expectations.

I backed a Transformers kickstarter project which was fully funded immediately. The project was due to ship in December 2025, and they state European orders were fulfilled in February 2026. It is June and I still have no sign of my rewards, and no update from Customer Service other than 'we are chasing our shipping agents'. No plan, no ETA, just the same fob off. I am now having to progress with my credit card company to get a refund. I wouldn't trust them or deal with them again.

so i ordered product over a year ago …

so i ordered product over a year ago March of 2025
packing was done by a two year old without an ounce of protection. received not only damaged product - but also missing product. contacted customer support within 1 day initially on receipt of package emailed them not only the missing items but pictures of the damage to my product. fast forward to yesterday after more than a year they finally send replacements for my damaged product.... must have been the same child packing as there is only 6 bubble bags in an oversized box with my product flopping around still WTF
AND STILL MISSING WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR OVER A YEAR AGO WTF

Caring when no one else did

Fast and friendly customer service that resolved my issues promptly, when it felt like they fell on deaf ears with the console manufacturer.
I had contacted them about missing skins for Invincible VS. Playstation basically ignored me. But Seb at Skybound support got the issue taken care of in less then 5 days. I cannot stress how satisfied I am with their customer care! Easy 5 stars!!!

This company is the best I swear

This company is the best I swear, I sent them a email about my problem with the game invincible vs then yesterday they fixed it and I thought I payed 80 dollars for nothing but thanks to this company I got my stuff, if your having problem with the game email them because they listen and help you and thanks to joana and the team for helping me.

Customer service is helpful and fast!

I had a question about some products from the web store, so I sent a mail to their customer service. I got a reply within 24 hours and it was really helpful. (Joana sent the mail, she's really nice!)

Also just a huge fan of the comics and games so Skybound is just amazing!

Definitely recommend!

I had no problems at all

With all these negative comments, I was really hesitant to buy from Skybound, but I’m so glad I did.

The delivery from Skybound was surprisingly fast. I live in the Netherlands, so I expected it to take at least 4 weeks, given the website’s estimate of 3–5 weeks. The total time from receiving the tracking information to when the package arrived at my door was 2 weeks and 3 days, much quicker than the standard 3–5 week window mentioned in the Skybound help center.

The staff was also very kind and helped me quickly with my questions. I had no damage on the items I bought, and received everything I ordered. Also, the bloody Clementine hat is in my opinion really good looking when you actually see it in real life!

Some extra information if you’re interested:

- I used standard courier.
- I didn’t pay any extra fees when the package was delivered to the Netherlands. Apparently, these were already included in the price when I purchased the items. (I didn’t select anything extra at checkout, it just happened automatically.)
- I received the first tracking update 9 days after the initial “Data Received” step. After that, I got 2 updates roughly every 1–2 days.

Greedy Corporation

The choices made in your entire play through of the Walking Dead Telltale Game don’t matter. This corporation had to go and ruin it all by making inaccurate comics that don’t respect at all what Telltale or the players had in mind, and all just for a few bucks.

2 Months of no Response on Missing Item Issue

I had emailed about a missing item from a kickstarter order (Transformers), and it seemed it would go well until the agent got back to me to tell me the fulfillment center said it wasn't in my order, including a screenshot. Which, ok, weird things happen sometimes on backends. They had closed the ticket, but said I could email back if I thought it was a mistake. Well, it is. The item appears on my end on backerkit, it's in the confirmation email, *and* I paid for it. I have the receipts. I have not heard back in 2 months (I received the order 12/13) despite multiple attempts. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had.

I literally cried a week for the heart touching masterpiece you made and The most important Clementine Lived I’m so happy my tears are just going down my face and my throat is full, I wish you Continue the story so TWD series gets popular just like 2014 and eve if you don’t you have our respects.
