The app glitches quite often, crashes out or does not load. It is a nightmare to try to submit anywhere on the streets with average to low cell reception, but your timer is running out. They will not pay you for spots in most cases, if there is a disputable situation, or the advertising you are meant to capture is just not there (even if you follow the procedure and take photo proofs)
The main issue, though, is that they are paying peanuts. I have used this app from time to time as a side hustle since mid-2024, and they have not raised payout for the same exact spots (tasks) since then. No adjusting for inflation, pure greed. Unless it is a super rare day with many spots in one location, you will average $5 Aud per hour. Your shoes and phone battery cost more.

They have not paid me ! They owe me money and said they had bank issues but still not paid us

Valid spots are rejected with no way to point out the reviewers errors.

Very difficult to make any contact with the company and any complaints get a response saying they might close your account.

Disgraceful behaviour, and amateur.

Horrible company with awful customer service. Low rates for each spot, honestly not worth it as a side hustle. Worst customer service I have experienced, by far! Please STAY AWAY, for your sake!
