Their service is reliable and convenient! The deliveries are always on time, placed carefully in the porch box, and never missing items! The only issues I've had with items is with the food in the packages themselves being missing or spoiled, which rarely happens. When this occurs, it's very easy to leave feedback in the app and customer support will respond quickly and compensate you for any items. The app is easy to navigate (although a liittllle bit slow) and has a convenient feature that automatically fills your cart each week or every-other week with whatever you choose. There are no extra service fees, either— you only pay for what you put in your cart (as long as it's above $15, which is easy to do). The only issue I have with the service is that the items are pricey (more than in-store prices). However, I think this makes up for the convenience of the service— definitely cheaper than other food delivery services. Also, the insulated porch box is provided for free! The access to produce from local farms feels better than buying from large companies. You can skip up to 4 deliveries up to 8 weeks in advance, if I remember correctly, and you can change your mind later. Overall, if transportation is an issue regarding groceries, this service is perfect.
