I spoke to a member of the service department who was extremely helpful from the start. I took my TV in for repair and was initially told it could take up to ten days, but it was actually fixed within just a few days. I couldn’t fault the service at all—everything was handled perfectly. Got a text this morning advising its our day to receive our delivery & 30 minutes before they are arriving we will get a call.
Communication is vital these days
& later in the morning a wonderful guy called to say he was 30 minutes away.
On arrival the two guys
Dan & Rick inspected where our machine was going & saw the broken 1 that they are to replace
Floor protection was laid & i could see they took care to look after our home.
The old machine was lifted out our new washer machine was unpacked on our drive - all waste packaging removed to van
Our Meile washing machine was professionally installed & the machine was levelled.

The engineer Lee Warner, kept us informed of the appointment time, arrived on time, was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, courteous, trustworthy and reliable; genuinely a lovely person. It was a pleasure having him in our home. We thanked him personally to show our appreciation of his time and work but feel it is also nice to write a review to inform other customers there are people out there that enjoy what they do and are reliable and trustworthy
