Jimmy at the Brent Cross branch was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond to help us, even staying back after his shift to show us around, accommodate everything we needed, and make sure our order was processed.

His patience, professionalism and willingness to help made the whole experience so much easier and more enjoyable. We really appreciated the extra time and effort he put in to make sure everything was exactly what we wanted.
