Amazing experience at the Sofology Brent Cross, very friendly team members, especially Mariana. She helped me to choose the right sofa and explained how the leather care works; I wasn't planning to get the leather kit but I changed my mind after talking to her.

Jimmy at Brent Cross store was super knowledgeable about the range of products available. We were very specific with our requirements and he was able to quickly shortlist two choices for us to consider. We were impressed by his level of professionalism.

Staff at the store were good but delivery is very disorganised. We still have not received our sofa.
