Hugely disappointed
Your company too three times my deposit and now have pushed me over my credit limit. This leaves me with an interest payment, has an affect on my credit score and leaves me no money at a time when it is difficult enough after Xmas. This is your issue and has now been 7 days and still unresolved

Fantastic service at Sofology
Fantastic service at Sofology! The gentleman who helped us was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He made us feel comfortable, never rushed us, and really listened to what we wanted. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I left the shop extremely happy with my purchase.

We returned to Sofology in Dundee to…
We returned to Sofology in Dundee to purchase a new sofa. Derek greeted us and spent time discussing the sofa options we had chosen. Derek was very welcoming, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful which gave us peace of mind in choosing the right sofa. The store was very clean & all staff greeted us with a smile - great customer service.

A nice relaxing experience
There was a wide range to choose from. The two sales reps who assisted us were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. What I particularly liked was that they weren't too pushy, just explained the options available and let us choose.

Z was very accommodating and helpful , he even entertained our children whilst we were in store , nothing was an issue and he was very good at recommending what would be suitable for a young family home.

The sales assistant was very friendly
The sales assistant was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Remembered us from a previous visit. Asked relevant questions about what we were looking for and was very patient with us as we asked a lot of questions and wanted to look at multiple options. She showed us lots of fabric swatches, showed us different cushions. She wasn’t pushy.
