Sofology - Leicester Reviews 

Our first experience of buying from Sofology, Max was really knowledgeable for such a new member of staff and allowed us space to make up our minds without any pressure. Looking forward to receiving the sofa and chair in a couple of weeks. Would recommend.

The staff were really helpful and very good with our 2 bored children, giving them hot chocolates and biscuits to allow mummy and daddy to discuss. We had already looked at a couple of other sofa shops and had been put off by the staff being over pushy and not leaving us alone to browse but the staff in sofology had a much more laid back approach and left us to it until we needed help.
The lady who assisted us was very helpful letting us have a tape measure to check measurements and even allowing us to move sofas to help us decide what would fit best in our room size.

She was incredibly helpful, highly professional, and meticulously double-checked every detail at each step to ensure our choices were perfect and error-free.

In our entire journey of searching for and purchasing a sofa, Zainab was simply the best. We wish her all the success in her future career.

Katie at the fosse park branch was lovley, she listened to my wants and needs and directed me to the sofas she thought would be my style.
She patiently waited whilst I yapped about my likes and dislikes about each product.
She was great to chat too both about sofas and general bits which made the sale feel and flow more naturally.

Great customer service from both the apprentice Max and his mentor Gaz.. made to feel welcome with Max approaching us just to inform us that we can mix n match to our needs on most sofas and then left us to it which was crucial to us purchasing, and Gaz finalising all the details to help us commit to the deal.

She was friendly and very helpful in finding out the different options and configurations of the style we were interested in, and the paperwork for the purchase was completed quickly and professionally.

Young lady who worked at the Leicester branch at fosse park. Unsure of her name but was very helpful and very good at her job. She put everything in a basket and emailed over everything and never pressured us to buy in store something that we were very anxious about. We had an idea of what we wanted but couldn’t find the right colour. Gaz knew which sofa came in what colours and also which one we could change the feet on to suit our colour pallete. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our choices.
