Sofology - Peterborough Reviews 

Our sociologist was Sai. She was fantastic. She connected her phone to the sofas music system and allowed my daughters to play music on it. She gave them popcorn and biscuits and a drink whilst we filled out the forms. When choosing our sofas, Sai made sure we got exactly what we wanted without being pushy. She was very helpful.

Very friendly atmosphere, Sai our sales representative was extremely helpful and guided us all the way from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I recently visited Sofology to purchase a sofa, and Jamie provided outstanding service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process, taking the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated his help and the excellent level of customer care he delivered.

Very happy - I’d popped into store a few times before placing my order, and each time everyone was helpful. There was no pushy sales behaviour, just genuine time for help and support.

There is a wide variety of sofas to try and look at. We"d already made our decision on the sofa, but it was good to sit on it and experience it first hand. Saireen was very helpful and informative and gave us a full run down on the features of the sofa. Even going as far as playing music through the speakers, so we could sample the sound and vibration through the seats. Good advise given on the aftercare also. Thank you

The staff are very helpful and explained everything. However I feel that for the amount charged for items that free delivery should be included. That is why I have only given 4 stars

We have ordered our new living room furniture from Sofology. We have had all charges explained clearly, and have been given a realistic timeframe for delivery.

Famida greeted us nicely when we first entered the shop and gave us space to look at the various sofas. On our return a short while later after looking at other retailers nearby she was there to answer questions and give us all the information we needed on the sofa we were interested in and all the options available to us in a friendly and welcoming manner, she was very proactive in offering additional services available which we were happy to take up. In addition she was very thoughtful to offer us refreshments early on in our conversation about the item we were interested in, she is a credit to the company and definitely an employee to look after.

The staff member that dealt with us remembers us each time we visit the store and greets and makes our shopping experience most enjoyable!
