From the moment we walked into the store there was no pressure Leon introduced him self and let us no where he was if we needed any help or questions answered it was nice to not be followed around once we found our perfect sofa Leon was on hand to go through everything with us and it was a great smooth experience there was a lovely gentleman working along side Leon who was very nice to vert happy with our experience today

We asked a lot of questions which he answered with great knowledge. He was very pleasant & patient & possesses admirable customer care qualities. It was a really pleasant shopping experience. Leon introduced himself when we entered the shop, then encouraged us to browse and that we knew where to find him when needed. We felt no pressure to hurry, very welcoming. We chose our suite and he helped us with our selection and the final details. Also he assisted us with navigating the small print for us

SOFA PURCHASE
My wife and I attended Sofology on ,Marshall Lake Road Shirley Solihull on 1/10/25.Therein we were greeted by Leon Iqbal sales assistant who listed attentively to our requirements and took us within 3 items viewed to our perfect pick,for comfort and extras I.e.The Lazyboy. .Leon was courteous and patient and explained the purchase procedure and adds if required. He was good humoured and there was no pressure sales talk. We thoroughly enjoyed his expertise and cheerful manner we wholly recommend Leon as a great ambassador and sales person for your company and products. Excellent service throughout. J.McCallion
