Viewed corner sofas yesterday, Neal the store manager spent so much time with us making sure we made the right choice, we received the best retail customer service we have ever experienced - anywhere. The sales rep, leon, told is where to find all the sofas we had earmarked and was super helpful, but not pushy at all. I was really set on a particular footstool, but not the sofa, and he moved it downstairs so i could see together, we ended up buying both - he was super friendly and excellent customer service !

I recently bought sofas from the Sofology store in Solihull and was looked after by Ali, who was excellent throughout. He was friendly, attentive and really took the time to understand what I needed. His product knowledge was impressive, and he explained the differences between styles, materials and options in a clear and honest way.

Ali was very patient while I went back and forth between different models, and he never once made me feel rushed or pressured. He offered helpful suggestions and helped me visualise how each sofa would work in my home.
