I recently purchased the sola wave mini but had a problem getting it to work. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately with steps I could take to correct the issue. This was very helpful and more importantly fixed the issue. Fantastic product and outstanding customer service.

I read reviews and chose to buy the Solarwave original mask . To be fair ,I did not start with a nightly commitment. But I did start to see a slight difference in the tone , texture , lines & health in appearance of my skin . I m always trying new creams. I do facials monthly . And after a lapse in my Solarwave use I started up again and actually was quite pleased with the better appearance ,tone of my skin . This new promo has prompted me to order the new higher LED MASK . I am very very pleased with the help I got in my conversation with Solarwave regarding this new version vs the one I own now .
After our chat I bought the new version !! They are so helpful .warm . Informative.

My chest/neck led has quit working…

My chest/neck led has quit working after less than 1 year, despite my troubleshooting efforts. I have reached out to the company inquiring about a warranty and they have yet to respond. The amount of money spent on this device should ensure that it lasts longer than a year and customer service should be better.

Good buy, recommend

I purchased the face and eye masks, as well I purchased the wand and gel. Quality products, I have used as suggested and have seen results in approx 30 days. Solawave face and eye masks are a soft product, others are hard plastic which are not comfortable.
All products are well made and travel well. Good buy!

Zero stars - does not work after only 3 months

Zero stars but it is forcing me to leave one. First, the 2-and-1 is a bit awkward to hold, so was not the best product to start with, but I had a few scars I wanted to soften so I could make it work well enough. Second, the device only lasted <4 months before it stopped working. Initially it would not stay on longer than 5 seconds. Then it would not come on at all. This is fully charged with the correct chargers. I contacted Solawave to notify them of the failed quality control and asked for a refund. They ended up exempting after much hassle and back and forth 60 day refund limitation (instead offering the one year warranty which offers a device replacement - which due to lack of trust in quality, I’m not interested in.) thus, I’ve updated the review as it ended up with a semi favorable outcome.

I did not use the product because the instruction manual lists safety contraindications (visible veins/redness) that were not clearly disclosed in the marketing. For health reasons, the device was unsuitable for me.
The return process was unnecessarily complicated: the return portal did not work, and it took nearly two weeks to obtain proper return instructions.
I advise international customers to read the instruction manual carefully before purchasing.

Re Solawave Neck and Chest Rejuvenating Mask
This product has wiring issues and despite the "12 month guarantee" the company would not issue a refund after 5 months when it stopped working.
I did not want a replacement as wiring issues could represent a fire hazard. The company's "trouble-shooting" advice made it clear that they were fully aware of the potential faulty wiring and yet continued to sell the product despite it.

In that email, we also addressed your wiring and safety questions. The step where we asked you to gently rotate the cord is a standard diagnostic check used to determine whether a single device may have a loose connection. We understand how this could have been interpreted differently, but this does not indicate a known wiring issue or any safety risk. Your device has completed comprehensive safety and quality assessments and is certified under several globally recognized standards, including RoHS, FCC, CE, and UKCA. These certifications indicate the device meets strict environmental, health, and safety guidelines for consumer electronics.

I looove my red light therapy mask!

I looove my red light therapy neck & chest mask from Solawave. I bought in in August 2025 specifically for my wedding in early October. It definitely made a difference on my neck! My wedding dress was strapless and showed a lot of skin but I wasn't afraid (which is saying a lot at 60!)

Oh and their customer service is GREAT! The cord frayed/split and they are sending me a replacement. Big shout out to Mary, the rep who called me about my replacement order - so very friendly and helpful !

Customer Service failed this time

This time the customer service did NOT follow through. I received the Neck and Chest serum with a broken top. I called to let them aware of it, took a photo as requested. The guy, (Jonathon), said he would replace the serum and send a return label ...but not to send the broken item until i received the new one. It never was sent, I Tried contacting him several times w/no response. I have 4 devices, customer service had always been accommodating.

My Solawave neck and chest device began flickering, and eventually, the lights wouldn’t stay on unless I held the cord in just the right position. Excellent customer service

Shipping was great. The mask arrived on time and nicely packaged.

My only problem was charging it. I followed the instructions to a *T. The charger charged but when I plugged in the mask to the charger and pushed the button, nothing. I had a feeling it was a simple fix but I was very frustrated bc it’s a high end, expensive item.

I emailed the company and they responded within minutes and arranged for a representative to call me back.

She was able to trouble shoot the problem—it’s comical bc I did everything right—except all I needed to do was hold the button for 3-5 seconds and *then* the mask lit up. They have a year warranty..hopefully it will help with my skin.

Super excited to start my journey with solawave. After many back and forths with myself over the cost of red light therapy I finally took the leap. Mary was so helpful with my ordering and finding what was best for me. And not to mention she helped me get to know my device and how to use it !! Super happy and can’t wait to see my own results . I first purchased a solar wave in 2022
It lasted for about 20 applications ( uses)
The company eventually sent me a new one ., i was appreciative.
This one worked for only 3-5 times , the charger failed.
Emailed - no answer
again and again over 6 mths
eventually received an answer to at i was out of warranty
(so too bad )
waste of my precious time & money

Thank you for your reply , shane it does not reflect what the true facts were.
Like many of purchasers the complaint of time taken to reply , can , in my case cause the warranty period to expire.
One would wonder if this is deliberate. But still you don’t addrsss the FAULTY products
first the wand
then the charger
people expect to get quality products that last more than a few months of use once per wk.

Since your purchase in November 2022, we’ve supported you through multiple issues—offering an exclusive discount for that original purchase, troubleshooting device concerns, and issuing replacements, including a complimentary upgrade to our newest Wand model after the warranty had already expired. Most of these steps our team took were an exception to our standard policies to ensure your satisfaction.

In April 2025, we responded the same day to your latest message, though an automated reply later caused some confusion, which we’ve since addressed internally. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back from you, and the inquiry was closed. When you reached out again in June, we noted you had been emailing a different company not affiliated with Solawave, but we again responded the same day after the message was forwarded to us. While we’re unable to process a replacement over two years beyond the warranty period, we’ve remained committed to responding quickly and supporting you with multiple exceptions along the way.

Follow up: Again we are sorry for your experience. We would love to review the communications with you and our team will reach out to you directly to provide a detailed account. All of our incoming and outgoing messages are dated and timestamped. We sent the last replacement to you in December 2023 - the new model wand version, sent as an exception after your warranty had already expired in November 2023 from your 2022 purchase. We followed up to ensure you received it, which you confirmed, and the next message we received from you was in April 2025. Additionally we would like to note that any request made within the warranty period is honored even if follow ups go beyond that date. Your message regarding your last replacement was sent to us already outside the warranty period but we made an exception in order to support you.

If you have sent other messages between that time we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to review them as they are not logged in our system. We didn't receive a response from our last message in April until June, which was the forwarded message where we noticed you had been emailing a different company about your Solawave order. Our records with the dates and timestamps show that there has not been any delay in our response times to any of the messages we have received from you. Please know we are more than happy to continue troubleshooting with you in case our team missed any steps or tips, and please look for an email from our support team.
