Super speedy, great price. Really happy with my purchase!

Staff friendly and approachable. Quick service in the Shepherd's Bush Westfield branch in acquiring the shoes for me.

Also helpful for other matters. I asked where I could get some water to fill my bottle and they obliged very succinctly in directing me to the nearest drinking water tap.

Very disappointed with the service. for my holiday I paid for trainers and the higher delivery costs to get them within 48 hours. They never arrived and when I enquired through their live chat I was told they would need to look into it and email me back. I didn't get an email so I contacted them again through live chat only to be told there was a problem with the post office delivering them. I asked why I needed to chase this up and all I got was an apology. They offered to deliver the next day but too little too late as I'm away on holiday next day. This business needs to do better for it's customers

I returned the shoes over three months ago, following all instructions and return procedures exactly as requested. The seller confirmed receipt of the returned item, but I have still not received any refund.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have received no meaningful response or resolution. This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
