Paid order never arrived, no response from s.Oliver either.

Until lately i was very happy with s.Oliver, delivering ontime, good quality products and resolving issues that occurred. With the last order that I payed almost 100 euro mystery happened. I didn't recieve order, moreover, im trying to reach customer service and there is no response. Only automatic reply with claim number and later to rate service. Perhaps its a glitch in a system. As of today I need to locate my order as soon as possible. I would like to put 5 stars to s.Oliver but there is no consistency in service. I payed money and no order, no reply.P.S. As of today March 11, according to tracking info package is on the way back to sender, while it never made it out of Germany. No response from Company. Please send me my package back, it was a gift! And dont ignore me.

manufacturing defects

This time—yes, because I buy very often—it was a manufacturing defect. The item was exchanged without any problems. Really satisfied!!!

Professional, quick, and customer-oriented service.

I usually shop at s.Oliver because I regard it as a company that delivers quality products. However, in Slovenia, s.Oliver is considered relatively expensive, so any discount is greatly appreciated.

On my last shoping occasion, I wanted to use an additional 20% discount, but unfortunately I made a mistake when entering the discount code and it was not applied to my order. I contacted Customer Service and explained the situation. They kindly arranged for me to receive the discount after I had already received the order. The refund was processed very quickly — on the first working day after the weekend when I made the request.

returns you pay for transport

I bought a coat but it is way too large. I looked up the measurements on their website but they do not have for coats. in order to return it to Germany I need to pay 20 euros. it is not worth nor the time nor the money.

Bad customer service

Bad customer service. I ordered 7 items, one item was sent in the wrong color. I returned all 7 items (the rest didn't fit) but they didn't refund the full amount. I received an incomplete refund and for days I've been emailing them to resolve this. They said "at times not all the items get processed together", if I sent them all back in the same package, why wouldn't they be processed together? That makes no sense. Now I've been asked to wait 4 days... What a hassle! Never again will I buy from them.

No goods, no money! Seller doesn't do refund!

I returned a part of my order (some goods just didn't fit) in five days upon receiving.
According to DHL tracking they have successfully delivered my parcel back to the seller.
I contacted the seller but they replied with an advice "to wait patiently".
After a month my patience is running out so does my will to buy anything from them ever again.
Such a shame!

Experience with customer service is…

Experience with customer service is great,but I am waiting for my order more then 9 days now and it's nowhere near to be shipped by what lady said in customer service. This long wait for order consisting only one pair of jeans is absolutely ridiculous.
