Very disappointing experience.

I returned low-quality items using the official return label provided by the seller. The package was delivered and receipt was confirmed, yet after nearly two months I still have no refund.

Instead of resolving the issue, I received changing explanations and repeated requests for information I had already provided multiple times.

The amount is small, but the time wasted and the handling of this case were unacceptable.

I would not buy again.

I ordered a mirror and it came 2 days after. The packing was really nice and safe and the mirror looks super cool.

I had a problem with a trash can I purchased from them. They went "above and beyond" my expectations to "totally correct" the problem. I am "100% " satisfied with the solution they provided. GREAT CUSTOMER SEVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very cheap website... I wonder how they still have such a bad quality website in 2026

Ordered a dressing table. Delivery was much faster than estimated. 1 piece was missing but they solved it immediately by sending me a spare part separately by UPS express. Highly recommend!

The service responded a.s.a.p. on my request and solved the problem without a flaw.

During the assembly I noticed a part missing and contacted Songmics on a Sunday. I received a response within a few hours. On a Sunday!

Today two days later the missing part is on its way.

Ordered off the German site from Ireland. We ordered 4 large items and one small for our home office. Everything arrived over 2 consignments within a week of the order. Easy to put together and looks well. Very good price. Would purchase off this site again.

ordered a desk on the 18th January, its now the 8tyh of February and still no desk!

I've been sent tracking numbers that don't work with Tufnell's and countless messages asking me to wait another 5 days, yet still I'm here without even proof of dispatch. Customer service is poor with very generic reply's and long waits! i highly doubt I'm ever getting this desk.

avoid using songmics via their website or via Amazon as you will only wait an eternity to get your refund

This company did not deliver on the date stated and have so far not responded to any of my correspondence.
