all the reviews were about driveways so when we decided to have our roof treated they were no help. the job was done in two days and looked satisfactory BUT the fact that the windos and UPVC frames had not been masked before the roof was sprayed meant that these are covered in red paint splatters, a promise to return to clean them was postponed by a few days but the team did not arrive and there has been no response to an email. I have no confidence in the guarentee or that the clean up will be done.Conclusion a cowboy firm who employ contractors without vetting them and charge over the odds for the jobs. The eficiency of the treatment to the roof has yet to be proven as we have had very little rain.

The previous was what was going to happen to me, poor foundation for the resin works makes poor drive and wont last. Finished up £1,300 out of pocket with them.
If you have weed growing through this shouldn't happen. You will get a few from time to time after a few years. If you have movement and cracks unfortunately the lot has to come up and foundations done properly.

Paid close to 20K for resin driveway and patio, 6 months in the colour began to deteriorate with a rust like colour bleeding into the grey which looks awfuland weeds coming through all over. No response from company after many false promises and insurance is not worth the paper its written on. Unfortunately another company that takes your money and runs, not the cheapest and certainly won't last the test of time. AVOID

We had a relatively small area block paved. Very impressed from start to finish from first meeting Doug for a quote first class workmanship from Ronnie and being kept informed of progress by Shaun. Would recommend.

I must say I was sceptical about this company at first reading below reviews but on second review I decided mainly due to Douglas their lovely sales person that I would proceed. They have been excellent throughout and kept me informed during each stage. They also proceeded with a smal deposit which made me comfortable and then started and completed work within 3 days fully excavating our drive and pathway. Southern have transformed our home I can’t thank them enough particularly Ronnie and the chaps who completed the labour. Lovely boys..

Our job was a pretty big one: long resin drive, patio and various paths. A simply outstanding job. The work was completed, promptly, to a high standard and the team worked in a positive, polite manner all times.
I recommend highly.

Our new resin drive look lovely - from a distance. On close inspection it is not at all level and there are lines where the different mixes were joined. This wasn't helped by the 'resin' team not starting until 2pm & working until 10.00 at night to get it finished. They said that there were issues with the initial groundwork in that there was too much concrete laid which did not give them an even surface to lay the resin onto. Even the surveyor who booked the job came by and agreed it wasn't perfect. Probably wouldn't recommend.

I am really pleased with my resin drive, the staff worked hard and carried out the work to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend this company. The sales team are brilliant and I was able to keep in touch with the company out of hours which helped no end with my busy life! Thank you for a job well done lads.

Just had a lovely patio installed by this company, the team were great from the girls on the market to the salesmen and the boys that did an amazing job, would highly recommend!

A Company you can’t trust.

The website has some questionable statements such as it states it has 5 star rating on Trustedpilot, not the case as you can see.
Took money up front and only half a job has been compleated. I feel sorry for the works he subcontracts work to as he doesn’t pay them full amount. You get told you get insurance and it doesn’t materialise. States part of the resin mill and this is not the case. The gallery of supposed work that has been produced form other legitimate company’s websites.
In short this business is run by a dubious person.

I contacted Customer Relations as suggested. But all I got called was an ant and that he would be living in Sandbanks driving a Ferrari within a few years.
I payed out £3,000.00, and had a independent builder look at the works and he estimated the works that had been completed would be £1,700.00 maximum. So, the upshot I’m out of pocket £1,300.00.
Also, the front garden needs to be dug up deeper as its not deep enough for laying block paving.
So the works which had been done was far below standard.
