Amazing, can't thank you enough in fact there are not enough superlatives. My double oven and cooker hood have not been this clean since the day they were installed!! Booked an apt online - for later this month. Got a phone call to say Alan was in the area in 2 days time on Saturday & could do the oven then. Delighted. On the morning, got an email to say Alan had decided to take the weekend off & could not do it. Phoned a couple of days later to rebook and was told the earliest it would be would be the end of July - even though I had an an extra oven or two lined up. Really not impressed - going to do it myself.

Excellent service as normal. Highly recommend!
