THEY ARE SCAMMERS
If you’re thinking of signing with them make sure to read very very carefully your contract.
Throughout my use of their service I felt like they were just waiting to scam me.
They were dishonest, lied multiple time and they make everything so complicated just to offer you a much better option but only if you’re willing to pay more. Of course the fee isn’t mentioned before and they make it super shady so they don’t tell you upfront.
When I first started with them, a worker was suppose to come at my place to install the material. I had to cancel a work meeting to make it to available time for an Appointment. They never showed and then had the audacity to say I wasn’t there and ask a fee.
I never left my apartments that day and had to fight tooth and nail for the record to be corrected so I wouldn’t have to pay their extra fee.
I’m sure there is better company don’t bother getting scammed by them.
