We recently purchased a HydroPool spa…

We recently purchased a HydroPool spa through Neptun Spa, and the experience from start to finish has been outstanding.

Kim was incredibly helpful when introducing us to the brand — a premium Canadian manufacturer we hadn't come across before — and gave us the confidence to make the right choice. Him and Mads then went above and beyond to organise a fast delivery before the Easter holidays, so we could enjoy the spa with the family right away.

The delivery and installation were flawless — smooth, professional, and extremely well executed. Everything was set up perfectly without any hassle.

Overall, a truly great experience. We would highly recommend both the HydroPool brand and the Neptun Spa team. We are absolutely delighted with our new spa! 🌟
