Booked a slot from 13:30, arrived at 13:43 to find it already occupied. Booked it to avoid the hassle of trying to find somewhere to park near an extremely popular event, would have left an hour earlier otherwise. Stress of finding the space occupied, stress of trying to find somewhere else to park, and Parking space Ltd response? Nada, nothing, rien. Just refunded the charge without an apology. First time using them, last time using them.

Unfortunately my car came back with a damaged windscreen, but before I could point it out to the guy who dropped it off he left.

Everything else was fine, hadn't been driven anywhere (have a Tesla so probably knew it could be tracked).

So no proper handover when the car is returned otherwise it would have been spotted, was this done deliberately? Probably to get out of paying for it.

I use this company for the first time. Unfortunately I don’t have much to say positively about them. They used my car not knowing it has a tracker fitted to it so when it was being driven around Hounslow, Staines and then ended up in Iver I was alerted. When I called the company asking why my car was being driven around, they said it was being taken to a compound in Hounslow which was an utter lie. When I mentioned it was parked in a side road and that it has a tracker fitted to it my car was then driven back towards Heathrow where it was originally parked and then driven to an address in Iver which it where it remained until I returned. The car was returned to me with an additional 50 miles on the clock which was unexplained still to this day. The only gesture was they cleaned my car and put fuel back in my car. I personally will not use another meet and greet company again! My advice to anyone looking to use meet and greet is to stay away. Disappointing these businesses take advantage and think it’s acceptable.
We booked them through a 3rd party “Compare Your Parking” when I complained to them and asked for an explanation they said they would investigate and come back to me. I’m still waiting for an answer!

Avoid!!!!
Collected my car and parked it illegally on their way to wherever they park for the duration I had requested for. And parked my car under a tree and forgot about it until the return date. When I collected my car the driver handed the car and walked away very quickly without proper handover. Turns out my car was in shit state as it was parked under a tree and was covered in tree sap and bird poo which took me good 2-3 hours to clean. And there was damage to my paint due to sap and bird poo.
And not to mention there was a parking fee waiting for me on my return to my house.
Reported this to the company weeks ago and no response yet.
