I don't know all I need it's a cheap. Storage. That I can afford 50. Dollars per month or 42 dollars per month

I tried to reserve a unit but got an error message. I reserved another unit and then received an email saying I had 2 reservations. Confusing.

What a great experience with H Velez today! Although I walked in 15 minutes before closing, he did not make me feel rushed or like I was imposing; he gladly took me to see the unit they had available and explained to me what the options were for parking and easy access to my unit. He seemed very much aware of making sure that I felt safe even during off hours when the office was closed. It was just a positive experience overall. I walked out of that office feeling like a stressful task could be easy.

Mike at Public Storage did an awesome job. He was super helpful and was great at helping me get everything set. Mike's the BEST!

Where the first month free? I fell for that BS not anything free and it was more than I expected but it's ok if was the best place convenient close and they are friendly people in the office.

Your registration process is horrible.
The system itself is hard to understand. The registration agent told me that someone was there 8-5pm. I drove 45 minutes with a truck fully loaded to get there to find out that no one was there and we couldn't get in. Taking another 45 minutes back home and the cost of the truck. I was not happy.

The customer service was top notch and made my set up process easy, even though there was a glitch with my online process. The representative answered my call quickly and directed me to the right person to fix the issue. Both representatives were very kind, patient and professional throughout the call. I would give 10 stars if I could!

My experience so far is just making a reservation for the future to rent a unit. The drop-down list on the website wouldn't go as far ahead as I needed, but I picked the furthest date available, because it said someone would call to confirm the reservation.
The next day they did and I was able to get the reservation confirmed for more than a month in the future at the same discount introductory offer. The representative I spoke with, Joey, was very helpful and friendly and so-far I am very pleased with the service.

Jose was the Representative that located the storage facility that would best suit my needs and budget. Jose is genuine in wanting to help the customer with what they need and to help the process go as smoothly as possible. Abd he certainly did. He is very professional and intentional in respect, kindliness, professional and knowing the answers to the questions customers ask.
He searched out facilities for me and came up with a solution so helpful and suitable to my needs and budget.
Very friendly and again genuinely intentional to serve the customer well.
His admirable Reputation gives Sparefoot a fine Reputation as well.
