Feeling fooled by Sparkasse
Well, my private insurance is not competent enough to consulting for me about my insurance, what he want was my money even tho I’m just Trainer in an apprenticeship position and worrying about my poverty future that I’m not enough money for me every month so I’m just want to spend a little bit money for that, he doesn’t care about my financial situation, what he wants is just interest on my insurance so he convinced me to sign the contract and now it’s too late to get out of it’s. I claimed it with customers service but they also don’t care about me as well.

I have been using Sparrkasse for 3 years and its the absolute SHITTIEST WORST MOST TERRIBLE bank in the world.
they never answer emails and when they do its months later, they take uncessary fees from your account all the time without telling you why they took them. I submitted a request to close my account in November emailed them and called them and they said ok. so i thought they closed the account and now in january 2 months later i find out that i have 10 EUROS minus in my account because they didnt close it in time. Also to close my account i have to 5 Euro ?? Why ?? They never mentionned this when i opened the account, they never tell you the full fees you have to pay.
Also which is the worst part is i opened a student account and they said its 100 percent free of charges, so basically i dont pay any monthly fees until 2 years later , so normally i set up a reminder for the specific date when i have to close my account to not pay monthly fees because i wanted an account free of fees. And guess what, 1 year later only i realized that they started taking fees ???? Without even emailing me or calling me to inform me or anything, just like that they take money and you cant say anything about it. And when i called them they said its because i reached the age of 26 or something???? Even though nobody ever told me this when i opened the account at the sparrkasse store, i asked them many times to confirm are there any fees, they said no there are no fees.
Let alone the terrible customer service, i dont speak german well, so the minute they hear me talking in english they fake not hearing me and they hang up in my face just to not speak in english.
One time i needed money and i was locked out of my account and i couldnt access it for weeks and nobody in Sparrkasse wanted to fix it in time, they just keep asking you to send more and more emails and letters and phone calls, when you just want to access your OWN account and your OWN money. Unbelievable.
Anyways WORST BANK, BIGGEST SCAM.
Only use this bank if you want to throw your money out of the window every month.

I am not a german citizen, and cant speak a lick of German... the prople at sparkasse traunstein-trostberg went wa beyond and out of there way to assist me in openimg my account by them and the staff was very friendly.. had nonproblem was in and out in 30min.. signed and ready to get my life in germany started

I would really appreciate and be thankful if someone decides to not open a bank account with them after seeing these negative comments . This banks services are still in 19th century .Even for push notifications , you need to pay fee on top of bank management fee ! there is no notification on what's happening to my bank account unless i activate a account alarm service and pay for it ! I am coming from a developing country , seeing theirs app i feel like software developers in my countries are far better than developed countries .Use interface also like basic . Even though they have a language change option , it does not translate anything in the app . So if you want honest suggestion , don't open a bank account with sparkasse
Card payments never function
Extremely bad experience with online and offline card payments. You can never be sure you will be able to pay. Confirming transactions in 2 different applications, and finally never successful. So fed up with this!

Useless bank
Worst bank, father is at them for 5 years never helped him with loans, very bad bank..They declined a card for my mother because she doesnt work, im waiting for my card to PAY THINGS ONLINE for 4 months..Wasted 22 Euros for that card, it will never arrive..my father got a loan as soon as he changed this bank..What a useless bank, i want my money back and move from them asap

Called the service because its available for customers for a short period of time. They didnt answer for 5 hours. And when they finally did they didnt provide any answers but said call again tomorrow! I wish they robb this bank daily thats how shit their service is.
Non-transparent fee practices at Sparkasse Karlsruhe
I am extremely disappointed with Sparkasse Karlsruhe. During a cash withdrawal at a third-party ATM, I was charged a fee without being clearly and transparently informed in advance. According to § 675a ff. of the German Civil Code (BGB), a payment service provider is legally obligated to inform customers of any charges prior to executing a payment transaction. This clearly did not happen in my case.
It is completely unacceptable for a bank like Sparkasse Karlsruhe to operate with such non-transparent fee policies. This kind of behavior severely damages trust in fair and customer-oriented banking.
I strongly advise anyone using Sparkasse to carefully check their account activity and seek legal advice if necessary.

Extremely disappointed with the treatment I received during my recent phone call with Sparkasse. I wish I could give zero stars. I was spoken to in a condescending and dismissive manner, as if I were a child, despite 13 years of loyalty to this bank. This is not the way to treat your long-standing customers.
After over a decade of commitment, I expected professionalism and respect, not rudeness and patronizing behavior. I will be closing my account as soon as possible. Shame on you, Sparkasa, for failing to value your customers.

Yesterday
Yesterday, people who pretended to be Sparkasse, they had copied Sparkasse page s-pushtan, stole my bank details and stole 2250 euros from my account banking. I was at the Sparkasse Langen Selingenstadt bank today to ask for help to return my money back or to block the transaction , but no one helped me, they were unprepared and didn't offer me any help. I've been trying to ask for help for my case since yesterday and it's crazy that no one is trying to help me from your bank or give me an explanation of what I should do in this case.they can steal us so easily and absolutely nothing is done by the bank or the police.
