I placed an order on 11 October, at checkout, it states that item will be shipped within 24hours. I have checked the tracking number with UPS and they still haven’t received the package and it’s now 20 October. I have tried emailing and contacting on social media but have received no response and still not received the item I purchased.

Small jacket order at least one size bigger than your usual size. I had to send it back. Would be good if it says in the order that it is small in size!

Great product but unable to return items
The ski jackets were great quality, and we had prompt delivery, but didn't fit my daughter. I have tried to return the items but the parcel has been returned to me. I have emailed sportamore2 weeks ago and tried to call, with no response, I need the proforma invoice to put on the package for UPS and I now need a new label. I have logged onto the website but there are no I structures for finding the label. Please help. I'm going round in circles.

Highly recommend Sportamore, fast shipping and great prices
I bought a ladies Tenson Shanna Down Parka in black. First off all, I was looking for this specific Parka. So after I compared the prices from different online stores and found that Sportamore had the best price, plus the reviews were gòod too. I ordered on a Thursday and the Parka was here on Monday. There were updates along the way. The packaging was great, the shipping was fast(Sweden to Denmark) and the electronic communications with updates was right on the point.
Over all, an excellent shopping experience.
I highly recommend Sportamore.

Very Bad experience with Sportamores Jackets.
I Washed a new bought Jacket with 30 dann degrees and the substance within the jacket knitted and crumbled all over the arm. Its practically unwearable. Would rather give 0 Stars but thats not possible.

Very bad experience with them in Spain
Very bad experience with them in Spain. Shipping costs were added at payment (no prior option) and I did not notice until I completed the payment. I wrote them immediately and they said the order could not be cancelled. Also, I asked them if I could return the goods and how much I had to pay for returning these. Still no response… my prior experience in other countries was good. So maybe it is a local problem. Very disappointed 😔

I bought some football boots from this company a while back. I wasn't familiar with them, so I was skeptical. Price was great, delivery was great, I had to speak with members of staff on a few occasions, and everyone of them were attentive and helpful.
Unfortunately, they don't appear to stock many up to date football boots, so I've not returned. But Sportamore is always the first place I look.
