I bought an exam service from spoto, but the spoto customer services not answers me for a long time, i can get just one answer once a day.. and still not delivered..
There is no a customer support, i wrote many spoto employee but i received this replies 'write your sales representative'.. but she is not answered me.. its like a bad joke..

Avoid SPOTO at all costs. They operate a high-risk bait-and-switch scheme in tandem with 591lab designed to trap your money with zero accountability. Here is how their "scam" functions:

The 3-Hour "Kill Switch": They grant access to study materials, but once you have been logged in for just three hours, they consider the contract "fulfilled." This allows them to revoke your access immediately—even if you paid for a full 7-day license—and claim you are ineligible for a refund.

Zero Financial Accountability: SPOTO acts as a shield for 591lab. When 591lab violates the service agreement, SPOTO refuses to issue refunds, claiming they have no control over their own partner’s technical delivery.

Extortionate Customer Service: The 591lab team is notoriously unprofessional and hostile. They have been known to withhold access as ransom, explicitly demanding that customers delete negative reviews or feedback before they will restore the services already paid for.

No Escalation Path: There is no management oversight or complaint matrix. Once they have your money, you are at the mercy of individual representatives who treat customers with blatant disrespect.

Verdict: This is not a professional training service; it is a coordinated effort to exploit students. Do not give them your credit card information.

Terrible Experience – Do NOT Trust SPOTO

I used SPOTO for CCIE preparation and it was one of the worst decisions I’ve made in my certification journey. Do not trust them—ever.

They constantly claim that “everyone passes” and promote fake-looking screenshots and success stories, but my experience was completely different. I followed their materials exactly as provided, and I did NOT pass. The content is misleading, overhyped, and nowhere near the quality required for a real CCIE-level exam.

On top of that, the sales team plays games with you, offering different packages, discounts, and so-called policies just to tempt you into signing up. It all sounds great at the beginning, but don’t trust any of it. Once you’ve paid, the reality is very different from what was promised.

They sell false confidence and empty guarantees. If you truly want to pass CCIE, there are far better and more honest options available.

This company preys on candidates’ stress and ambition. Don’t fall for it like I did.
Do not ever trust or sign up with SPOTO.

Save your money, your time, and your sanity.

Be cautious before you pay. They work with another partner called 591lab, and this partner can violate the agreement at any time and no refund and they might tell you accessed three hours no refund that means they can violate the terms very easy after 3 hours access. Spoto cannot return the money you paid for study material access, even when the terms are violated on their side — they only provided access for a few hours despite the agreement stating 7 days. The team at 591lab does not respect customers and can be extremely rude, dealing with you however they want with no respect and no escalation matrix for complaints. For example, they may even ask you to remove your feedback or review if you want your access restored — which is completely unprofessional.

I highly recommended Spoto if you want to pass any exam , 5* success is guaranteed 100%. Extremely support by them during the preparation

Dishonest people that does not comprehend when they made a mistake. I requested a refund because something was not explained after paying. They refused to refund.
