Not impressed at all, charged for parking, half the shops not open at ten o'clock on a Sunday.

Very narrow parking places.

Will not visit again!

Nice shopping centre,the only place locally that you can spend a few hours. It's worth a visit.

Site staff one in particular was extremely aggressive and rude. Will say prices are not worth the trip will go online for a easier and safer experience

Just love springfield their cafes shops and outside garden so lovely cafes do really good food and drink good prices great shopping expensive though for clothes shopping but lovely staff great places to eat and drink great selection

I was deprived of my right of choice to pay for parking with cash. I find it insulting.

We traveled 20 miles for a family day out to springfields shopping centre, we always take our small dog as usual to the outside shopping centre's and was told to leave as we could not take our dog anywhere on the precinct, we don't expect to take our dog into the shops as one of us always waits outside with her, it's such a shame that they don't allow dogs on site as they have now lost our custom, we'd rather go to Stamford from now on.

I bought a gift voucher from this place 19th april but did not get it as customer care office was closed on the day I was to collect it due to the customer care person being off ill, we had telephone calls and I was to receive my money back this was 4 weeks ago but still not received my refund also emailing them but just getting ignored.please do not buy any vouchers from this place they are not to be trusted.

Lovely outlet centre with plenty of shops and coffee bars, spoilt by the garden centre which sells nearly everything, but most of the items for sale are made in China...This does not support British Companies and we will therefore not be shopping there any more.
