They are definitely scam!!!

They are definitely scam!!!
I got a call saying I entered into a contract with them on Feb. 7 2025 which I DID NOT. They also claimed they have a wrong email address and requested that I give them the correct one which I foolishly did. And that was how they now said my electricity contract which I entered cannot be cancelled because termination period has passed!! How did they get people's data??
I have involved the police and will also get a lawyer.
