There are issues with payouts; they don't pay out when you win. I lost $200,000. They haven't made a $2,000 payment to me for four days now. This gambling site definitely doesn't have the quality it used to—and I'm a VIP Platinum 6 member, too.

Don’t use Stake. I’ve had serious issues with deposits. Almost twice, I lost my deposited amount because the money was deducted from my bank account but never credited to my wallet.

After escalating the issue, they told me to contact my bank and raise a complaint to get a refund. What kind of service is this? I’ve lost almost ₹40,000 in deposits, and there is no proper live support to resolve the issue.

They simply close ticket as below message.

stake is by far the best Crypto platform I have ever played on. I have hit many big wins.

I lost to access to my account last year and after contacting stake team they asked me for transaction details id with video proofs and everything. After completing all verification they want recent three transactions which i wont have because someone else is using it . These people can't even understand issue and all these useless people are working as support team. SUCH HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I had a small issue because I had forgotten about an old Stake.com account and signed in with a new email, when I completed the ID verification, a message popped up saying I had duplicate accounts which violated the TOS. I contacted support right from the website and was helped by Vukasin. He helped me with the process and explained everything very and managed to calm me down because I had just deposited a good chunk of change in my account and didn't want to risk losing it. But nothing of the sort happened, the rep helped me verify again in a very professional manner and the problem was resolved. 100% satisfaction.

I am writing this to warn other players about how Stake handles their forum and multiplier promotions. I strictly met all the criteria for a recent challenge on my phone. The official Stake user interface explicitly verified and locked in my bet size as exactly $0.03.
However, because I placed the bet using Solana, Stake claimed that subsequent crypto price fluctuations hours later caused my bet to calculate as $0.026 in their backend database. They used this sub-penny rounding error ($0.004 difference) to entirely disqualify me from the winner's list.
When I brought the clear screenshot proof to live support, multiple agents gave me the runaround before a supervisor completely doubled down on the excuse. Players can only wager based on what Stake’s screen explicitly tells them at the time of the bet. Disqualifying a winning player over a post-bet currency fluctuation is incredibly cheap and deceitful. Moving my volume to a regulated Canadian site that actually honors its interface. Avoid this platform if you expect fair promotional tracking.

Been using stake for roughly 3 years always had a good time. They always had the big title games and some unique exclusives. No issues and enough bonuses to keep me coming back.
Never used the customer service inril just recently and customer service was very understanding and helpful. They reimbursed me for a canceled tournament and a gameplay voucher expired because i was to scared to play lol
