Was a Customer here many years. After I stepped out, they want now many money from me for the years back, with arguing they got not the complete number from EON and now the end calculation from EON. I called EON and asked them, and they told me that this never happens. Also my calculation for the kWh and the price gives other numbers for the last month. So it’s just fraud!
Customer service might be slow (or not answer at all) but they delivery exactly what they promise... and that's what I am paying for :)

It is quite stupid to deal a new contract by e-mail.
I tried to e-mail and asked if I can set a new contract by e-mail. The answer was yes and I got a price from e-mail.(Of course, it takes several days before you replied me.)
When I replied yes/OK, then, the answer I got (after several days) was that "price was expired. We provide a new price now." I don't know if the price can be kept for a short moment. Otherwise, what's the meaning ? :-(
