Beautiful tile! Very well packed and shipped quickly.

They would not ship my order, would not provide a tracking number, would not return phone calls. Terrible experience would never do business with them again.

Order was pretty terrible from start to finish.

First off, they claimed our material was in stock. However, when the order hadn’t shipped more than a week later, they said it was “delayed in Customs.” Uh, that’s not how “in stock” works.

Then, several days later, they emailed us a bill of lading to prove the order was actually shipping. Unfortunately, they chose Roadrunner as the carrier. We responded quickly asking for (almost literally) any other carrier. No response. We called and were told they couldn’t change the carrier. 25 years of shipping experience says they easily could have. But, obviously, they didn’t.

As we feared, Roadrunner shipment was delayed from 6 days to at least 8, after the entire order process had been 10 days slower than expected.

We went to the terminal to pick it up. 34 of the 50 pieces we ordered were damaged, which we documented with the carrier and via email.

So far, weeks later… nothing but crickets from Stone & Tile Depot.

One rep was helpful via telephone (Izabella?). Otherwise, poorly run, unethical business that couldn’t care less about customer service. Truly, I’m surprised they’re still in business.

Absolutely beautiful product. Chose the Carrera marble to put around our fireplace and it looks stunning with a gorgeous texture and a subtle sparkle. Shipping was expensive but worth it since it is quite heavy and the tile itself was reasonably priced to help justify the cost. Very happy with the project!

Ability to see samples at reasonable cost.

We loved the style of the sink and it worked well in our 1937 home. However, there were small screws missing and the push drain had a hole in the plastic area that caused it to leak. We had to purchase another one.

The customer service representative Ana was exceptional. She explain the difference between matte and honed and was very patient with my questions. Unfortunately, she no longer works in customer service. I was told the standard delivery could take up to 3 weeks and it was delivered in 12 days. I was very satisfied because it was within the timeline of my contractor's schedule. Ana made my overall sales experience great at a time when remodeling can be stressful!
