matt was resposive and took immeate to help solve my situation with the order

I ordered a sample of the pavers to confirm that the color was exactly what I was looking for. The following day, I received an email asking how many pavers I needed so they could ensure the quantity was in stock. Shortly afterward, I received another email informing me that I could place my order and providing a link to do so.

Based on their confirmation, I proceeded to place an order for almost a $1,000 for 8 pavers stone. However, after three or four days, I received an email notifying me that my order had been canceled.

I contacted the company to ask for an explanation, but I never received a response. As a result, I lost money because I had already hired workers to install the pavers and had to pay them a fee that I was unable to recover.

This experience was extremely disappointing and reflects a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and reliability. I believe customers deserve better service and transparency.

I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with this company.

Speedy response and good customer service

My order was well packed and the tiles are beautiful.

Sales person promised to give me an update when the product left their facility. That didn’t happen which meant I had a pile of stone at my doorstep without any time to react. My contractors were blindsided and had to reshuffle their schedule. We lost time and money because of this.

That said, the product was excellent.

Matt was very professional to work with on my tile order. To have a representative to work directly with gifts such security. I would definitely like to work with this company again when the opportunity arises.

We have ordered material after several weeks they told us that they don't have materials. They cannot return my money back to my card. They can send money through Zelle. They called us and gave us some fake Zelle code, and they take my money from my bank, almost 3200 dollars. Please don't order any material and they are fake company. They will take all your money from your bank. I will go to the nearest police precinct to do the police report.

The service was good, and the price and value also, but unfortunately after waiting for 10 days for a tile delivery I was told it was not in stock and had to cancel the order. Whish I was informed sooner.

Short: Terrible shipping, terrible customer service, tons of broken tile and time and money spent.

Several boxes of tile were delivered broken and after several emails and phone calls, no one has responded and fixed this issue for me. AFTER POSTING here they finally shipped more tile. HOWEVER, they packaged the new tile just as poorly as the first and it was all shattered. We have spent a lot of money and only have 2/3 of the tile we need. Will have to put an order into another company and pay freight shipping charges again.

I ordered a tile sample said it was blue and white but it arrived and was black and white. It arrived a full week after stated at purchase. There was no way readily available to reach customer service to raise these concerns.
After posting a poor review, the Tile Depot customer service team reached out and asked for a Pic of the tile sample received and upon verifying that the supplier sent to wrong sample, issued a full refund including the shipping fee. Their proactiveness to make it right prompted me to move from a 1 star rating to 3 stars. I appreciated their quick action to try to make it right but don't know why it was so difficult to reach them before I posted the poor review or why the sample arrived so late.

i could not find the tile I had gotten a sample of on your website, so I called and the lady was so good. she found my order and told me it was in stock. she placed my order and sent me the link to pay for it and stayed on the phone until it was done. my tiles arrived in less than 2 days. very impressive.

I waited for an order for over a month and it never was sent out so I had to get a refund. There was an absolutely no communication.

I’ve been working with Matt for months now trying to hone in my tile order for our house build. He has been nothing but accommodation and helpful throughout the process. Making sure my sample tiles were processed and answering all my crazy queries along the way.

There was a mishap with an order’s delivery, it was stressing me out immensely, but Matt swooped in and got everything handled. Calm collective and kind.

He’s been fantastic. Would use this company again for sure.

We bought two hand held manual grass cutters. The cutters work very well. And the packaging was packed very well and good size package, not to large. The time to arrive to Hawaii was exceptional. Very pleased with staff that assisted with delivery charges and speaking to a live person on first attempt. Highly recommend this company and their products.

Return service and customer service is non-existent. Will give you the runaround. It's been a month and the box is still sitting in my house. I am a caregiver and the box is literally in the way of everything. They keep saying "it's the supplier" -- then get another supplier. To just pass the buck and not have a clear answer on returns is unacceptable. This company is a scam.

After placing my order for a sample which I found randomly online, I received a very friendly introduction from Matt and he thanked me for my order. He then followed up with me after I received the sample to find out how I liked it and if I wished to proceed with an order. I really appreciated his follow up and knowing I had a person that I could go to if questions or if I wished to proceed. The sample is beautiful but we decided not the right fit for our kitchen.
I really appreciated his communications and follow up. Showed me he cares. Great service
