Store with a Heart is wonderful. They offer amazing promotions and make sure to deliver great products and services within the the time-frame. The best part is they are sustainable enterprise.

Their customer service is excellent. They are patient, friendly, and understanding. However, I do wish this seller would offer more for their Seal of Excellence award.

Since I was a previous winner of a different contest, the 10% discount that they offer for nominating my book for the Seal of Excellence was of no use for me, since discounts cannot be stacked additively. What I would have liked to see is this seller offer me something else in return since the 10% discount was of none effect in this instance.

Based on the price point for this award, I believe this is fair to ask, and it is the reason I gave them four out of five stars. I hope that this rating does not discourage this seller, but they rather seek an alternative award to the 10% discount that would be a great add-on to their customers whom have already earned a previous accolade from them.

So in summary, for those customers who have not received the 10% discount for future services, this is a great reward for them on top of what they already offer. However, for those who have already received a 10% discount from this seller, they should seek an alterative way to reward their customer to make up for their price point on top of everything else that they already offer.

This author cannot give enough praise for this company! They consistently prove to be ‘better than the best’ out there. I highly recommend Store With A Heart … and that without equivocation!
