From initial enquiry to the range being installed we had excellent service from Stuart Westmoreland. Graham in the showroom was very knowledgeable and keen to ensure we had all the facts about the different ranges we were considering.
The delivery team were outstanding. They dealt with a difficult delivery involving a stairway with ease - many thanks to Brian, Sam & Richard.

It’s the second time I’ve purchased a large appliance from Stuart Westmoreland- Loughborough.
The washing machine was competitively priced and there was a good selection to choose from. The staff are always a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Knowledgeable, efficient service and delivery by experienced, skilled individuals who care. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Excellent service, from telephone enquiry to in-store sales and delivery. Our old gas cooker was condemned and needed to be replaced quickly. After phone call to establish stock availability I went to their nearest store. Choose one that was on display. Next day delivery not quick enough for our immediate need so they carefully loaded it into my car and our gas fitter had it installed later that afternoon. (All less than four hours start to finish!)

Came in to look at buying a new dishwasher and Andrew couldn't of been more helpful. He went through all the options and we settled on one that combined quality, durability and a product that was reasonably priced. All this and delivery within a week ! Thanks again.

Brian and Sam were helpful and professional. We had a phone call to inform us of time of delivery. They swapped our old washing machine quickly and efficiently. Brian talked us through the controls well and ran a test cycle to check everything was working. Fabulous service all round. Would highly recommend using Stuart Westmoreland for anything electrical. Looking for a new built-in dishwasher and have always gone with their recommendations on what is best for us. Being able to check the drawers (including the top cutlery tray!) for how everything fits meant we could be confident in what we purchased.
Fitted the same week to suit us and actually sits better than the old one did. Very happy with all involved.

Great service from enquiry to purchase and fitting of the product

I initially contacted the shop and spoke to Dan regarding buying a Tumble Dryer and then went to the shop to discuss further and purchase. He was very knowledgeable about the products I looked at and very efficient and friendly. Two days later two great guys, Brian and Sam delivered my Bloomberg dryer, positioned it in place for me and explained how it worked. They took the packaging, and my old dryer away, at an extra cost but worth it. Thank you guys.

Brian and Sam were punctual, pleasant, polite and professional They installed our washing machine quickly and ensured it was fully operational before explaining in detail to my wife how all the different functions and settings worked they also made sure their work area was clean before they left .
