Really happy with Submagic

Really happy with Submagic. Every time I’ve reached out, the support team has been super quick and helpful. Stefan helped me out last minute with exporting my final projects from my previous subscription and made the whole thing easy. The platform itself is simple to use and the customer service is genuinely great, which is pretty rare these days. Definitely recommend.

Submagic is a really well-made and…

Submagic is a really well-made and easy-to-use editing tool, especially for quick short-form content creation. The workflow feels smooth, and many features are thoughtfully designed, making editing much faster compared to traditional software.

It would be great to see the platform continue evolving with a few more advanced controls and editing options that regular editing software like CapCut currently offers. Combining Submagic’s simplicity and automation with deeper editing flexibility could make it an even stronger all-in-one editing platform in the future.

Overall, really impressed with the direction and user experience so far.

Super helpful

Super helpful. Love the tool and the simplicity and high quality output, I have been using it for a couple of months now. And the human customer service is superb, the best AI editing tool around in my opinion.

The product is mediocre and customer service is poor

The product is of average quality (borderline below IMO). The mobile version doesn't have a great UX.

They also send a lot of marketing emails which is a nuisance for me.

Customer service is poor, and they renew your account w/o notice. There is no grace period for canceling/asking for a refund afterwards (even within a few days).

Update: Because of this review they provided a partial credit.

Customer Service is Actually Really Helpful

The customer service with submagic, specifically with Stefan is second to none. They reply right away, and actually solve the issue instead of gaslighting you to buy time like lot of subscription services. They treat you like a person not a number on a spreadsheet. The product itself is fantastic and works well. If ever there are bugs (very rare ) I report and they are addressed immediately. They also have saved me at least 8 hours a week in editing time that would otherwise would have gotten behind or stayed up to the middle of the night to complete. Can't say enough about Stefan and Submagic.co as a whole, just an incredible experience all around!

Submagic support was outstanding

Submagic support was outstanding. I had an issue with my video project looping during export, and their team quickly identified the problem: an incompatible image uploaded as B-roll. Once they removed it, the video exported perfectly.

Stefan and the support team were professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the entire process. They not only solved the issue, but also added extra credits since I was not able to download the project before. I also upgraded to the Pro yearly plan, and they helped me with a discount and made the process smooth.

Great customer service, fast support, and a team that actually cares about helping users. Highly recommend Submagic!

Good tool that keeps getting better

Product works really well, customer support is helpful, only annoying thing is that sometimes my single word caption edits won't save and when I try to click the word to edit it always starts editting the time first

Great service and a strong customer-first approach.

I made an admin error on the Submagic website and needed a quick response and that’s exactly what I got. Within minutes of contacting support, Mohammed got in touch, understood the situation straight away and set things in motion.

Within a few days, the issue was resolved and my mistake was corrected.

In a world of automated chats and bots, it was refreshing to deal with a real person who genuinely helped. Great service and a strong customer-first approach.

Best AI Video Editing Service on the Market

After trying many different AI Video Editing services, this has become the best of the best! I have been a pro member for over a year now, doing 40+ videos per month for short form content on social media.

Submagic is class, its the best service for fast & the highest quality outcome on your project. Lots of options for caption themes, video controls, AI audio enhancing, adding in premium b roll and all the other little extras.

If someones thinking about giving them a try! 100% MUST. or... Speak to a member of the team/support they are always there to help me with quick response and never disappoint. (Big up Stefan <3)

I would NOT recommend using this...

I would NOT recommend using this dishonest platform.

They will have some stupid churn workflow to stop you from unsubscribing and THEY WILL NOT REMIND YOU about upcoming subscriptions.

Even if you don't use the software, they will charge you.

EDIT: They refunded, only after seeing the review on Trustpilot.

A year ago or so they did not refund because I didn't take it this far. It's a game where you need to threaten with Stripe chargebacks and bad reviews in order to get it right.

Super helpful & kind customer dudes

Super helpful and kind customer support bros. They care. Most of the time pretty quick to respond. Big biiiig up to Mo (Mohammad) I dealt with most of the time but Stefan & Delton as well. There was an invoice mistake, it's been fixed. I'm happy :)
