No email confirmation received post payment. No customer services number and no one responding to messages. Payment taken via Canary Energy Partners LP with no explanation. PayPal payment has been made amd gone through but website account shows no payment received which is suspicious. I paid for express delivery (additional £19) but no communications about dispatch etc. I would avoid.

SCAM WEBSITE
SCAM WEBSITE. Last week they took my order and payment from me for a Samsonite two piece luggage set. Order number 12741. Then I have received no correspondence from them at all regarding the delivery or order. I logged into my account on their website earlier this week and it started showing as order cancelled. So I made a contact request on their website but no reply. Today I have logged into my account on their website again and they have completely deleted my order. I have not received any correspondence or refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. Payment has been taken by a company claiming to be caterers in Sheffield not a luggage store claiming to be over 100 miles away in Carlisle.
