The glass splashback looked good on their website and looked even better when it arrived. It was very well packed in a plywood frame and carefully delivered by TNT. The customer service people were pleasant to deal with by phone and email. Overall VERY pleased.

It would have been a 5 star if it wasn't for the courier company they used and some overlapping of telephone calls and emails.

Fantastic service.
My mirror arrived 2 days after ordering which in itself was very impressive. Unfortunately, I'd typed the measurements incorrectly on the website so the mirror didn't fit the space. When I spoke to Richard to re-order the mirror with the correct measurements, he said he would send out another mirror at no extra cost. I was blown away. Thank you very much. Service like this is hard to come by.

Delivered on time as scheduled,emailed 1 day prior delivery,dellivery driver helped us to unload mirrors to the property,really thankful to the guy called Mark for amending the mirrors after the order been placed and mirrors been produced and delivery arranged day after with no extra cost.Thank you Sumner Mirrors I will definitely use their service again as I am privately owned bespoke furniture company.

Poor service from this company. Ordered my mirror 10 days ago. Emailed to find out an eta for the mirror and was fobbed off with a Monday/Tuesday reply. No one has been in touch, I rang 4 different numbers which didn't get answered. Finally got someone on the 5th number who said the office wasn't open and didn't know what the situation is with my order. Very helpful...not

I won't be using this company again and will be requesting a refund.

It has been over a month since I placed my order and I still don't have the mirror. When I chased the order I was told that it hadn't been made yet due to an admin error. Then I wasted a day sitting in when, despite confirming delivery the following day by email and telephone, the mirror failed to arrive. When I called to find out where it was I was told it had been left off the van - another admin error - and that someone would call me back in 10 mins. They did not. Since then I have emailed twice asking for a refund and been completely ignored.

This company completely wasted our time with poor excuses about why our order hadn't been delivered. I waited last Friday all day at home as they said that this is when it would be delivered. And I only knew it was not going to be delivered because I called at 4:30 Friday afternoon. Nobody in the company had the courtesy to call me to let me know that it was not going to happen. I think that that's really poor! They gave me some really poor excuses about why it didn't happen Friday and then told me on the phone that it would be delivered today (Monday) instead so we went out of our way, asked a friend to stay at home all day for this delivery. And it still didn't happen. What a waste of our time! I think we were more than patient. I have asked for a refund! As no body is going to be able to be there for the delivery!

My experience with this company was an absolute delight.
I ordered my mirrors on a Monday and received them within the 5 days as promised.
The mirrors are of excellent quality will definitely be ordering from Sumner mirrors in the future.

come back for a second mirror, the first delivered very quickly and to the exact size i needed and the holes in exactly the place i asked for, cannot fault the product and the delivery , as i say second time and hopefully will get the same service as last time

Ordered my mirror on the Monday morning and had my mirror delivered and professionally fitted by Friday afternoon as was promised by the very helpful lady I spoke to in the office.

The 2 guys that came to fit my mirror were absolutely amazing, considering they had to get a 2.5m X 1.5m mirror down into my basement flat (which is hard enough to walk down, let alone carry a big mirror down).

I can honestly say that I will be using mirrorfit in the near future again and will be highly recommending them to all my friends and family.

Special order of a mirror was delivered chipped to our site. We called to complain and they arranged immediately for a replacement with no questions asked.
