The shirts are fantastic. This company is very easy to work with. I realized that I needed an extra large instead of a large and they change the size after I’ve already made the purchase. They arrived in a very timely manner. The T-shirts. are high-quality and love them.

These guys are the worst - I bought a T-shirt from them and never got it - Months of writing to them and nothing.

They are also not in Vancouver as claimed - They are ib China

I purchased two shirts, both small. The webiste search said the location was Canada, then i got that dreaded Track17 shipping notification from Shenzhen, China. The shirts were horrible material, one was a cheap standard tshirt fabric, the other was a weird shiny double fabric material and ugly. The weird material shirt was also the size of a large, not a small, even though the tag is small. These are not the shirts i ordered in the styles shown on the website. I would never order from sunbeamlive again, the shirts are crap.

Staff was accommodating. I don’t believe the shirts were folded neatly and placed in individual plastic bags. So they were a wrinkled mess.
Designs and printing - very good.
My XLs fit well and were long enough

I am changing my review to be fair to the company. They DID fold neatly and package each tee in a plastic bag. It was another company that failed to fold the shirts neatly. Instead they were balled together in a wrinkled mess. The rest of the review was correct.

I loved the t-shirts I bought. Good quality, stylish and good price. I will definitely buy more.

I impulsively ordered some shirts based on a Facebook ad and was excited to receive these shirts, very cool designs for decent prices. Upon opening the package, I could tell that the t-shirts were quite large. I normally wear a large and these are about 4 inches wider than my large t-shirts. I emailed the company and was told that I got what I ordered and if I wanted to return or exchange I'd have to pay for a return shipping, which appeared to be to China. They offered me a 30% off coupon , which is laughable, as though I'm going to pay to return shirts and then reorder and use a coupon ..That's not happening, I'm just hoping that the shirts shrink in the dryer And that I'll still be able to wear them. My order also came with a "free gift" for spending over $109 (an incredibly lame alcohol related t-shirt) that was inexplicably in double XL.

The sizing of the items and customer service is pretty terrible, but the quality of the materials is excellent. Will see if I can even wear them after a few washes. Will not so easily fall for a Facebook clothing ad in the future.

The quality of the shirt fabric and design were both excellent but the sizing of the T shirt was way too small to be considered a genuine 3XL like those I regularly buy in the UK.

The t is lovely. Sadly, the delivery took mad 14 days.

Keep running out of time

I purchased a couple of t-shirts and didn't love the fit or fabric. I reached out to return them and was told, basically, that they're not returnable because the shipping and customs fees to return them far exceed the cost of the products. I'm stuck with two mediocre quality shirts.

Their website talks about returns and provides no information that suggests they will basically not accept returns. The customer services emails were just a runaround.
