I booked accommodation in Marrakech…
I booked accommodation in Marrakech through Super.com, received a booking confirmation and paid in full.
After contacting the property directly 10 days later, I was told that they had not yet received my reservation.
I then contacted Super.com by phone, waited 25min with a little music, then it hung up.
So I contacted them by chat and talked with Phiwo, and was informed that the reservation may only be transmitted to the property 36 hours before arrival. I was told that my case would be escalated, but I have not received any update several days later, and my trip is in a little over a week.
My concern is not the process itself on the website, but the lack of clear communication and written confirmation that my booking is guaranteed.
At this point, I am simply requesting clear confirmation that my reservation is secured and that the accommodation provider will receive the booking in time.
I will gladly update this review if the issue is resolved.

Some person started banging on my door…
Some person started banging on my door in the middle of the night. He also kicked down the door. I was scared for me life. Management did nothing to correct the situation. They would not compensate me for my lost sleep. I spoke to Ben who stated " it's a hotel it's a little noise" Trying to kick someone's door door is not minor to me. Thanks.
