The location and hotel exceeded…
The location and hotel exceeded expectations. The room was fantastic for the price and it’s very close to a lot of nightlife activities in a great part of the city. Highly recommend an evening cocktail at the rooftop bar with an amazing view of London.

Horrible Experience – Left Stranded at Midnight with Elderly Family
Booking with Super.com ruined the first night of our vacation and turned into an absolute nightmare.
We booked our hotel two months in advance and received a confirmation email. On the day of our arrival, the app still showed our booking as completely active—no cancellation notice, no warnings, nothing.
After a long day of travel, we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM with elderly family members, only to be told by the front desk staff that they had no record of our reservation.
I called Super.com's customer support and waited 45 minutes just to get a representative on the line. The agent then put me on hold for another 45 minutes (1.5 hours of total waiting in the lobby at night) trying to figure out the issue.
At midnight, after all that waiting, the agent finally came back and casually informed me that Super.com forgot to transfer the payment to the hotel, and because of that, the hotel wouldn't honor the original room rate. Instead of fixing their own mistake by covering the price difference, the agent told me they would just issue a basic refund and left us stranded to deal with the hotel or find another place ourselves—at midnight, with elderly family members exhausted from travel.
We had no choice left but to pay $120 extra out of pocket just to get a room, finally getting access at 12:30 AM. Super.com only refunded our original booking amount and refused to take accountability for the extra expenses, stress, and hours wasted caused entirely by their negligence.
Avoid booking through Super.com if you want to ensure you actually have a place to sleep when you reach your destination.

Had a great experience staying here. It was clean, comfortable, polite staff and great distance from allot of great venues. Only thing that caught us off guard was the cost of parking per day...and unfortunately no way around it.

Off to St. Lucia and back....
I initially considered giving a lower rating, but I felt it wouldn't be fair, especially since the driver demonstrated great consideration for other passengers, particularly the elderly. Although he dropped us off about 40 yards away from our vehicle rather than directly in front of it, I didn't mind the short walk. The overall experience was quite enjoyable, starting with an excellent pickup that set a positive tone.
The drop-off point could have been more convenient, but it was manageable. Additionally, the parking process was straightforward; paying for parking was easy, and the exit was seamless. If I had any additional fees to cover, I would still categorize the experience as good. Overall, I left feeling satisfied with the service despite the minor inconvenience at the drop-off.
